Hey SteveeT, I actually wrote and recorded the entire album here in my apartment this past summer using my Marshall TSL100 2x12 combo and also powering a 4x10 Peavey 5150 cab. It really gets some nice bottom end which is usually my main concern with Marshall amps. But I think I found a setting I like hahaha. Waiting for school to go on break here so I can put more time into some new tunes here...

Hey Joe!! Do you know of any professional recording studios in or around Virginia? Took a couple of demo tracks I had here to a studio here in Richmond. They did a decent job, but they seemed to be a little too relaxed about getting things done that I would have hoped (punctuality, etc.) Just looking for someone to take things more seriously!! I know you're on the west coast, but was curious of the things you look for when building a relationship with a studio and how you hooked up with the right people to make a project come together???

P.S. - I met you about 2 years ago at Warner Theater in Washington D.C. and gave you a copy of a CD I was working on at the time. Any suggestions??

Hello fellow Satch fans! Since Joe's music has been such an awesome inspiration I wanted to share a link to my latest project which just came out yesterday! I have done all of the guitars/drums/bass and was privileged enough to have a guest guitar solo on it from a local guy here in Virginia named John McNiel. Joe! I wanted to let you know that I have been reading your book and found the writings very inspiring and enlightening. I've always wondered how it was for you during each one of those records and recording sessions. The music has a diverse path over the years and it is very, very neat to have your perspective from the backend.

I just released a solo project of my own 2 days ago. Much of my playing is inspired by you, with many modern and orchestral techniques throughout. In addition to the music, I recorded a full album playthrough using my GoPro camera to capture the record during its creation in my home studio. You can stream it (in HD1080!) on Youtube here:
