Wow! Joe, the live in Anaheim stuff is absolute killer! What an amazing set. We miss you here in Buffalo, NY. It's been FAR too long. Even Rochester or Toronto would be great. Especially if you're playing a set as ecelctic as the Anaheim set!
GREAT to see "Up in the Sky" back in the set. I missed it a great deal, since you haven't been playing it live since the Crystal Planet tour. It was great live back then by the way, and still is now. Excellent choice.
Lords of Karma? Awesome!! Another classic back in the fold.
Oh my god! Am I dreaming? Are you playing stuff from "Not of This Earth" or have I just gone insane?? Joe, you never cease to amaze me.
"Morrocan Sunset"... I'm speechless. I KNOW I haven't heard that live since the self-titled album tour, if even then. Unreal. But a welcome surprise! Now if you can just sneak in "Slow Down Blues" and "Luminous Flesh Giants"...
"Strange???" I must be dreaming. There can be no other explanation!
"Searching" sounded incredible Joe. PLEASE keep that one in the set for long time to come. By the way, tell Matt "nice job" for working in the Jimi riffs! And kudos to all of you for the "Kashmir!"
I'm thinking very hard to recall if "Psycho Monkey" was played live on the Crystal Planet tour. I think it was, but either way, another odd but refreshing addition to the set.
And then ending with some classics to send everyone home happy. Joe, you are a showman and a master of the instrument.
Now just play "Motorcycle Driver" one of these years!!! Do we have to beg??

Can't wait for the Super Colossal tour to hit Buffalo!!! Can we get Motorcycle Driver just this once??
