OK sorry to anyone that has posted to me in like the last month, but I had no net connection for awhile since I was moving...we're finally all set up and I'll link you guys to some pix once I get the page up on my site. So basically, I'm just looking forward to my 2nd row seats when Joe comes to Pompano...this will be my 3rd encounter and I can't WAIT! OK time to try catching up on the last 500 or so posts

OK a few things now that I'm almost all caught up.
Alexandre: Hope you're feeling better bro. Como vai o album? Can'r wait to make it to Spain...planning on figuring out a way to get to Portugal if you can't get to Spain in the 4 months that I'll be there.

Within the last week I've bought the Roots new CD, The Whole Nine Yards, Titan AE, and Kill Bill on DVD, and just ordered the Rudess/Petrucci CD. Varied tastes? I like to think so.
PhryDave: I got your CD's a few weeks ago, but as you see, I've been on a bit of an internet hiatus of source. Regardless, my review: not sure which is better, your raw work or the "extra gifts" that came with it!
Clarky: after going thru a few hundred messages I have decided something: you are one of the funniest mofos alive bro haha Keep up the good work!

Delfino: if you get the chance to jam with anyone I'd suggest it! I've learned most that I know through jamming with people that are better than me...it can be really helpful.

Mostly just playing with other people...improvising a bit, teaching each other a bit, etc. Very enjoyable experience most of the time, especially when you just click with someone.

Austin: yeah I'm a Roots fan...not huge but big enough to check out their albums when they come out. They're a great group overall, but I have heard that they sound like ass live.

Joeman9: I'm doing ok. Not sure what's going on with my graduate program anymore...lots of stuff that was supposed to happen isn't anymore, so I may just try to find a law office to work in down here in South Florida if possible for the year and then go to law school next year.

Delfino: Florida's nice, but moving here would be a big debate for me...you see living's not cheap unless you're in a university town, but the jobs are scarce in university towns since so many people want them and so many are willing to work cheap. Maybe if I knew what field you were in I could help a bit more.

962: got the exercises...thank ya much! Gonna work on them from now on when I start out and I guess once I can do the last one flawlessly, I'll be all set to start jammin!
Delfino: ahhh...well you could do fine with that anywhere in FL, especially Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, or Miami. You may, however want to consider living outside those areas and commuting a short distance so as to save yourself stress dealing with stupid people (especially in Miami and Ft Laud) and money. Oh and tell the girls I know about Satch day and include sex in that list of things to give. Thanks for your support. haha

Stupid people as in people who've moved to FL from mostly the northeast of the US and feel superior just for having lived there. I'm allowed to say so because I moved here from Jersey and definitely don't act that way ;) Lots of JAPs and yuppies here as well.[962]Well, first lemme get thru these and then maybe I'll work on something that's too hard for someone else, let alone me ;)

Hey all. Sorry I haven´t been on in awhile. Currently studying in Madrid, Spain. On that note, if anyone around here would like to meet up, email me at aschwartzseid@gmail.com. Anyway, things have been good, just very busy. I was on a cruise from the 18th to the 28th of last month, then spent the entire time until I left for Spain on the 4th applying to law schools. We´ll see what happens with that. Anyway, Hope everyone´s doing well. I´ll try and be around a bit more if at all possible in the coming months.
Michelle, you think YOU´RE behind??? haha And I´m rooting for the Eagles because they´re my best friend´s team and my Gints suck.

OK so I've been away for awhile, but I'm back with a few minutes to spare once in awhile finally! Sorry guys...been working 3 jobs to try to put away money for law school (starting in fall) and since I'm also moving back out of my parents' house in a few weeks, I'll have lots of expenses again. Gonna do my best to catch up on the past few weeks...did I miss anything good? ;) Hope everyone's doing well.

Joeman9: Everything's good...very busy tho. Update - working at 2 law offices, one MWF 9-1, one Thursday 1-5, and then at a restaurant 5 nights a week. I have one class left for the masters degree that I'm finishing up and then I start law school in the fall. I've been living with my parents this year since I was away so much of the year, but I will be moving into my own place near my new school in about 3 weeks. How's everything wirh you?

Joeman9: Cool stuff about the band...been looking to join one for awhile now, since I've had a tough time finding people who want to form one, but I'm afraid I won't have time to devote myself to it once law school starts. Sucks about the string, but that's why you're supposed to keep an extra few sets in your gig bag! haha
EVBro: Added your band to my Myspace friends...gave a little listen and that's some good stuff you've got going there! keep up the good work!
Side note: am I the only one who is totally psyched about Staind (8/7) and Foo Fighters (next Tuesday) albums? I know I'll probably get flogged for admitting it, but I really like both bands...they're about as poppy as I go, but still good stuff coming out of both.
