Here's a thought, everyone. Instead of causing people who are currently feuding to respond to your posts and therefore creating even more enemies, why don't you just let it play out? I just read thru a page of arguments and another of people saying to stop arguing in the last 8 pages of posts. A bit ridiculous, no?

Julie, enjoy FL! I'll be in Boca Raton at my parents' place this weekend, so I know how the whole warmth and beers thing goes ;)
Has anyone ever tried those guitar mods that are on ebay that change one of your tone knobs to be a distortion knob? I'm thinking about putting one in my Strat project that I'm starting, and wanted to know if it actually is anything decent. Lemme know.
If LOTR doesn't win everything it's nominated for, including individual actors, etc., then I will officially not watch ANY awards show for the next 5 years.

Got the DVD & CD today! CD's AWESOME so far and I'll be watching the DVD when I get home at about 4 from class. Can't wait! And the auto's are going in a frame with my ticket! Now if I only had picks from each, I'd be all set haha.

Michelle, Didn't have time today to watch the DVD due to the exam that I have on Wednesday. Senioritis kicked in in about August, so I haven't been doing much work. This means that I have to cram for all my exams this semester, but at least I get to take the other 9 weeks off ;) And about girl directions, my girlfriend seems to like to wait until we're at the light in the middle lane and then say "turn here!" Well, maybe if you had told me at least a foot and a half before the light and given me a friggin' DIRECTION to turn, I'da had a chance, but for now, we're flippin' a bitch! haha

Julie: Yeah, I just figured I got through high school OK with it, so since I already got accepted to a grad school, I just won't worry about it as long as I get C's. I realize that it's gonna be harder to get into law school after next year if I completely screw around, but since I know all my profs from at least the last 2 semesters before this, I'm not too worried.
Michelle: nah...not that important ;) I'm not blowing them off or anything...I'm actually studying pretty hard once they do come up. I'm just not doing much inbetween...watching the DVD as I type this, and it's AWESOME so far! Then again, is it me or does the sound on Midnight suck? Just sounds a bit fuzzy to me. Played perfectly but still...oh well.

I lucked out this semester. Had one exam in Soccer last week...got one wrong, but I don't know how. I have one in my Spanish Linguistics class tomorrow and another one in Portuguese/ Brazilian history the week I get back from Spring Break. I leave Thursday after class to go home for the weekend and then I'll be in Panama City until next weekend. Probably won't be on much after Sunday, but I'll try. My other Portuguese Lit class has no exams...just based on 5 papers and attendance/participation. Hopefully I'll only have a final in soccer haha

Michelle: I was strictly talking about the sound on the DVD...the tone was great, playing is perfect, just sounds a bit fuzzy to me in the beginning. After about 30 seconds it sounds fine (I posted that just as I was starting to listen so I didn't realize until afterwards), but the beginning's a bit fuzzy for me, kinda makes a "sh" sound when he taps the lower notes. Maybe it's my TV speakers, oh well.
Clarky: lmao! It was all about positions, rules, and specific techniques. Since I played for 13 years, I'm pissed that I missed one, but what can ya do?
Watching the DVD a second time right now. I've decided that it's good. Not a very tough decision.

Haha I hate when that happens...you can think of the song in your head and put it on paper, but when you go and play it, you realize you can't! Well, today's gone ok so far. Woke up at about 9:30 so I could leave for Gville at about 11 and got here about 2 hours ago. At about 7 I get to drive another 4 hours to Panama City. Can't friggin' wait haha

962: No we're near Panama City, FL, which is a big Spring Break hangout for college kids. I couldn't afford to go to Panama haha
