Joe,
Love your new album! A fantastically composed masterpiece. As a fan who lives in Australia, I am eagerly awaiting news that you will tour. Any hint of when you will get "downunder"
Cheers
Dave

Joe,
I know with the way world events are at the moment (the war in the Gulf and the SARS virus), it would make touring difficult and unpredictable.
I see you have cancelled your Asian shows. How about a tour to Australia. Things are pretty safe here at the moment, and I know all your fans here would love to see you.
I missed your last trip 'downunder' as I was overseas, but I saw your Flying in a Blue Dream Tour way back in 1990 at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney and loved it (must say I was deaf for a few days after...as being the Enmore is very small, but it provides a very personal show).
All the best witht he tour and hope to see you here in Oz soon.
Cheers

Joe,
Love the new album; "The Electric Joe Satriani: An Anthology". It really depicts how wonderful and progressive your music really is.
It took me awhile to get my hands on the album because it hasn't been released here in Australia yet (and the records companies can't say if or when it will be either).
I can't wait for the new album to hit the streets. And please remember, you have fans in Australia too. Hope to see you "downunder" sometime soon.
Cheers
Dave

Joe,
I see another guitar God, in Steve Vai, is touring Australia in July 2004. Please, please, please consider including Australia in your tour dates.
You have many fans here and we would love to see you rock "DownUnder" once again.
Cheers
Dave

Joe,
Thanks for an absolutely awesome show at the Enmore Theatre, Sydney, Australia on 16 March 2005.
It was a real pleasure seeing you again after all these years....last saw you in 1990 on the 'Flying in a Blue Dream Tour'.
I have to say your show is absolute value for money. Not many performers do a 3 hour show for under a $100 Oz.
The only downside to your show was that you didn't play 'Rubina' or 'I Believe'. I absolutely love Rubina as it is played with such emotion and passion...I guess any song written for the one you love would be!
Joe, when are you going to bring the G3 Tour Downunder??? I know the promoters in Oz aren't the best, but you have to twist their arms, so that we can see the likes of yourself, Vai, etc.on stage together. One other thing, any chance of you doing a G3 tour with guitar gods such as Clapton, Knopfler and Page???
Thanks again for fulfilling my wildest dreams....now what does a loyal fan like myself have to do to score a guitar pick in concert...twice now I've missed out.
Please come back to Oz soon...I hate a long time between drinks!
All the best
Dave

AussieRGman,
Tommy Emmaneul! What an awesome choice to do a G3 show with Joe. I wonder if Joe has heard any of his stuff? I don't think Tommy has made it overseas, but here in Oz he is an absolute credit. I've only seen Tommy play live once, that was in the 90's when he supported Eric Clapton, and he was fantastic.
Here's a question for the Sydney fans. Did anyone notice that one lucky bugger won an aftershow pass for each of Joe's Sydney concerts? I bet he had a smile from ear to ear. I am so jealous!
Dave
