pete - come dream with me...i took another few listens. great tune...the solo section sounds a bit, choppy? not the playing, just the flow of the song. Also, the harmonies in the chorus section...I'm hearing something that just sounds off...check your voicings, is there a 5th off the root in there? Cause i think that might be what is throwing it off...
Other than that, great tune, great melody. Keep it up man...

pete...ok man :) well then get a recording with the guitars in 100% tuning will ya? I want to hear the full effect, the melody was stuck in my head all day at work yesterday, no lie! looking forward to city on a train...chords first this time eh? Dang, that was my old style...remember a walk amongst the stars? lol I thinkt he melody killed that song...oh well! ya live and learn...

not sure if anyone was interested - but i did a quick cover of satch boogie tonight whilei was bored... mjk satch boogie all in good fun heh not the best job i coulda done but eh, its a cover :-P let me know what ya guys think if you have a spare moment or two!! :)

hey guys, thanks for checking out my sub par satch boogie heh i appreciate all the listens for sure...maybe spark some more insterest for the new originals that are almost done?! :)
templar...sorry man, I've been running linux lately...i just got the messages a few mins ago. 19 days...cool man. Just keep me posted, this month is so busy lately. I'm tryin to get world series tickets though, game 2 yankee stadium...if the yanks get in that is! David Wells is pitching tomorrow, so we should have a good start with that...anyhow! Just keep me posted :)

i really can't imagine joe on a peavy XXX...that amp has so much balls to it, so much distortion...I think it'd make joe's songs a little muddy? Less he backs off the gain or something....still, haven't heard it live yet, so I can't vote just yet. I love my marshall 6100 though, and would never trade it for a peavy XXX...
