hey Joe, glad you're recovering. i know you're a Hendrix fan like i am and i'm wondering if you've considered, in light of current events, performing a 2005 version of Machine Gun during your soon to be re-scheduled 2004 year-end gigs. I won the backstage visit w/ you for the new year's eve show at the Ventura Theatre that was cancelled. and, i could not help but think of Jimi's fillmore east new year's eve 69/70 performance of Machine Gun and how cool it would be to hear your interpretation of it, considering all that's going on today in the world.

Hey Joe. On 12/28 I received an email from your Webmaster saying I'd won two aftershow passes to your new year's eve show at the Ventura Theatre in Ventura, CA. The show was cancelled due to your illness (glad you've recovered) and has now been re-scheduled for 4/8/05.

Will the aftershow passes I won for the 12/28 show be honored for your 4/8/05 gig?

Really looking forward to the new DVD/CD. With all the great music you've created over the years (and I own it all plus lots of video bootlegs) I'm curious why you continue to include some of the same old material already on your previous DVD's.

For future DVD & live CD releases, any chance you can include songs like Searching, Bamboo, If I Could Fly, Chords of Life, What Breaks A Heart, The Journey, You Saved My Life, Lifestyle, etc. etc. INSTEAD of The Extremist, Blue Dream, Ice Nine & Summer Song? And I'm really bummed A Love Eternal is not included on the new DVD...

Your the best Joe; you've got so much incredible music and I know many fans would love to have some of your other great work on your official DVD / live CD releases.
