who here has played an Ibanez S series and a JS series? which neck feels better? of course that is your opinion but I have played S series and I love the neck, its great for playing lead and stuff, it narrow and flat. doesnt the JS neck go from rounder thicker and gets narrower faltter?

jelly man thanks. I thought that they would be. wasnt the JS series based on the S series? and didnt Joe used to play S series?

Joeman9 thanks man.

OCPS470 yeah it did, thanks. I have an S470 dxqm and I have always wanted a JS series guitar. really I want all the S and JS. but I like how they both seem to work. fat or smooth or harmonics, whatever, I like it all. but I do prefer Ibanez over anything else. just what I like. anyway, thanks.

I agree with what you say but I still say that people suck at music when I think they do. I probably shouldn't. it is rude.

guitarnut777 that was a nice messege for young bernine. I am also a beginner guitarist and what you told him is what everyone has told me. I have been playing for about two years now and I practice a few hours everyday. I still suck obviously but now I can play some blues and make it sound pretty good. I know it will take time to get to the point where I can play stuff that I really want to play though. but yeah, you are right.

Do the Stu thanks man. I will check that out.

I was wondering, any people out there reading or have read the Left Behind series? I just started the first one and they look awsome. really interesting. probalby would be kinda weird to read if you werent a Christian though. maybe not. what is the second one called again? I think there are 13 books or so, I think they are all out now.

I saw a cool ad in a magazine today. it said somethign about "who said there are no more guitar heros" and it showed Joe, Steve, and Yngwie, all playing G3 03 and said that the best guiatist play the best pickups-Di' Marzio. and it said to check out each of their latest albums or dvds or whatever. I love seeing stuff with Joe in it. he needs more publicity.

is it just me or is finger tapping really hard when you fist start. everytime I hit tap the string its fine but then when I pluck it before I hammer on with my other hand I always barley touch the string below the one I'm playing on and it rings and sounds like crap. if I go really slow I can usually avoid it but it sounds gay slow. please tell me I will get more accurate with time. and that it gets easier, like everything else has so far.

JS1200kid thanks a lot man. the funny thing is today at my lesson my teacher showed me a little bit of finger tapping and he said that it was Van Halen. it seems like it will get easier I just need to get accurate and I will try the muting. thanks.

do you know what is gay? my mom deleted everything on my desktop on the computer and I lost all music, all my pciture, all my word documents, all my videos. it sucks. the main loss is the music and music videos of course. half of that stuff I dont have the actually tape or cd. now i have to start over. ugh! but anyway, hopefully my new desktop wont be the "guest" one and it wont get deleted becasue "it isnt needed".

JS 1200 kid sorry to not have answered your previous question. I am 16, I have been playing for about two years and i have only had a few lessons. I love it though, and I dont plan on stopping.
