Hey Joe... Glad to hear of the recent G-3 success! If you can get Edward Van Halen (If he'd do it...) for the next gig it would be wonderful. Perhaps if you and Steve gig through Canada on the next G-3 tour, ask Framk Marino (Mahogany Rush) to sit in on a couple of shows. He is still in top form, judging from his most recent release. At any rate, your music has been a great inspiration upon my own, along with guys like Edward Van Halen, Eric Johnson, Frank Marino and Robin Trower. God bless and have a peaceful holiday, filled with genuine inspiration... tetra ... zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hey Joe... I Look forward to seeing you play next time you come to the Houston-Austin area. If you are ever in the Toronto or Montreal area for a G3 show, look up Frank Marino and let him sit in on a couple of shows. He is still in great form, as his recent release attests to. I hear that you are going to Europe to do a G3 tour. If you stop by England, look up Robin Trower. He also has made significant contributions to the art of electic lead-guitar playing. I bet he would love to sit in on a show or two. He still in top form as well. He still cranking out quality recordings. At any rate, I love your style of playing. It has had tremendous influential impact upon my own. I'm 45 yrs. old and entering into some of the best, most technically advanced and creative stuff I have ever done. I was always told that if you didn't have it together by the time you were in your late twenties, you could forget it. Of course, that is utter nonsense. I'm just a late bloomer I guess (ha, ha, ha...). I do thank God for the grace given to me to accomplish what I have on the guitar. I also am extremely grateful for the music of guys like Frank Marino, Robin Trower, Eric Johnson, Yngwie Malmsteen and you Mr. Joe Satriani. Keep on Jammin' ... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz tetra...

Hey fellow fans... Joe is gonna be doing an interview on Rockline on the 21st of April. Robin Trower is gonna be there as well. (Go to Rockline, or Trower Power.com for any extra details...) Wouldn't it be great for those two to get together for a jam on the upcomming G3 tour in Europe? Too Cool! See Ya'll! tetra... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Howdy Again... yeah, I'm looking forward to getting Joes latest CD. I am trying to purchase all of his studio stuff as finances permit. I'm also a big fan of Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush, and of course, the man himself, Robin Trower! (Robin taught me HOW to play an electric guitar...) It would be fun to see Joe invite these guys for a jam sesion on any upcomming G3 tours. My favorite CD offering from Joe is Crystal Planet. The whole album rocks! I'd like to see him team up with Eric Johnson again as well. I've been a student of the electric guitar for 30+ years. In the last 3 1/2 years though, I've taken up the classical guitar. I listen to alot of John Michael Talbot, and have learned much from him. He is a Catholic Monk, well versed in an eclectic style ranging from classical-rennasiance to 60's pop/rock and American folk. His right hand technique is thoroughly stunning! I actually learned how to do it quite proficiently. I've learned a whole lot from Joe as well. He IS the Master! (Robin Trower too!) Will post again soon. Love to you all... tetra... zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hey Peoples... if you are interested in listening to Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush's complete music catalogue in its entirety, then hop on over to "mahoganyrush.com" and give a listen. Nothing to download, just click on the audio MP3 player selection. It's OK, as the site has Frank's full permission. Use headphones for the best results. (Joe... I do not mean this as a distraction from your site and your music. You will always be one of my favorite guitarists, no matter what. Heck, if you get a chance, take an e-trip over there yourself. Frank is still that good, and has gotten even better with age!) Right now as we speak, I'm listening to Franks latest CD entitled, "Eye of the Storm". Damn Good! See Ya Soon! zzzzzzzzzzzz tetra

Greetings Joe! If you and Steve are still wondering who is going to be on the next G3 ticket, I gotta a real good suggestion... How about seriously considering Frank Marino? He's still an exceptionally fantastic player, a veritable rock guitar icon if you will! He would make a wonderfully tasteful and appropriate addition as the 3rd G. You can go to mahoganyrush.com and click on the MP3 player on his site and listen to just about everything the man has done, in its entirety no less. At any rate, I hope to see you play soon. God bless and... 'Keep on Jammin'! !!! tetra... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
