pizza man: Cool, will do man, thanks.

SupaaDave: Roy's Toy kicks man.

dragonchild: LMAO on the children's book list!

Ethn: I knew you'd come around to the pudding.

PhryDom: Cool man, I'll try to send you some stuff tomorrow.

mick87: "If the voice don't say it, the guitar will play it!"

Ovation: Way to step up to the plate and answer that poor guy's question lol.

Original Nicknames? We can't do that, it'd confuse the hell out of me. Plus I've always been Trutina, I'd be missing out on all the fun lol.

962: That album kicks ass man. I annoy the hell out of my neighbors with it on a regular basis.

Quote of the day: "Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again." Jones

Edit: Maybe I can play along with the Stu peats now lol

I think we all have just a little too much time on our hands or something lol.

OME: Nah, just goofing around. I'll change back in a few days I'm sure.

michelle: LMAO.

death cube K: Thanks man, I was quite intoxicated when I did that. Wish IUMA was up so I could post it. The rest of the guys need to hear it lol.

dragonchild: Sorry to disappoint lol. I'm sure this will soon pass though.

So do the artificial Stu-Peats still count?

pizza man: No not yet. Been busy drinking and recording nonsense, but still having fun. You'll find I'm very far from being a serious musician. I started out just hitting stings and making noise (ala Discovery sequence in 2112, didn't pick it up that quick though lol) and have only in the last year started playing on a regular basis. I still have no idea what I'm doing, no clue as to what scales or modes I might be playing or what rules I might be breaking. I've started slowly dipping my toe in theory, but have found the water is pretty cold there, so I'm just going along at my own pace.

IUMA decided to cooperate with me a few minutes ago, so now at long last, I can share with you all the pinnacle of my writing/recording career lol! The Anti-Rhythmic Sounds of the Mating Humpback Whales! And yes, it was the vodka that did it to me.

By the way, Happy 777 Michelle

pizza man: Yeah man thanks, I'd be interested in taking a look at that theory lesson you were talking about. If you can, email me at trutina@aol.com or something like that. I appreciate it very much. Also, I can't wait to hear your songs. Be patient with IUMA, it can take a little while, but you can't beat it for the price!

Ovation: Thanks man, it was kinda fun to do. I could hardly stand up to do it and nearly fell while using the divebomb pedal (Yes even then I was supporting the Fixed Bridge Club) on my GNX3. I'm glad no one was watching, I'm sure I was a site to see!

kalenargex: Soon! Very, very soon!

alexandre: Thanks man, I couldn't believe it turned out so well myself. Funny how things like that work out lol

SupaaDave: If you haven't bought your Vai album yet, I gotta say Passion and Warfare. That album kicks in so many ways.

Migupais: Welcome back! We're almost done. Check your email I just sent out an update.

OME: Cool man, good luck with the battle, I got my vote cast for ya!

Austin: I saw Garbage a few years ago when the opened for Smashing Pumpkins if I remember correctly. They were a very good, tight band and have some damn cool grooves. Much better than the pumkins were, I wish they had headlined.

Clarky: Cool man, good to hear it. Also, the way I record is like I was using tape. Editing and me just don't get along. If I could do it cleanly and seemlessly I'd probably be an editing whore, but since I haven't figured out how to do it (spent time trying that is) I just do solid takes. And when I blow the 3rd to last chord of a song I get super pissed lol. Oh well, it feels more like a performance that way I guess.

michelle: The suicide exposition band thing is just terrible. I believe in the rights of assited suicide, but to make a display of that publicly is in such poor taste. The world is full of many different types of people indeed.

Zachary: Congrats on the trembolt and getting in touch with Joe. Good luck!

ToneCapone: I'm sorry to hear about your grandfather. You have by deepest sympathies.

OCPS470: LMAO on the Pearly Conspiracy!

mowlie2000: Killer news on the magazine review, awesome work man!

Clarky: I might try that. I need to learn how to use my software a little better too. Then perhaps I can emabark on my own epic journey lol. Just what I need to subject everyone to: 12 minutes of one scale in power chords only and whammy pedal abuse lol.

kevt03 & surferdave: Production on the cd is imminent.

Ovation: Oh yes, lot's of swaying back and forth. And giggling. Lots and lots of giggling. Even while I was mixing.

On the rockline interview, I thought Yngwie was pretty funny. I had never heard an interview with him before and can imagine that his words in print don't come across as funny as he actually is.

I picked up Dream Theater's Once in a Livetime yesterday. Enjoying it immensely.

Clarky: Haha, sorry about infringing on you secret weapon lol. I don't think you can copyright an approach though lol.

OCPS470: LMAO man, as long as it doesn't smell like rotten fish we're good as gold lol.

crushingday62: Gotcha hooked up man.

2 TON: Good thought of the day. Reminded me of today's quote: "The opposite of a correct statement, is a false statement. But the opposite of a profound truth may well be another profound truth." Bohr

stuvation: Nah, I wouldn't change your name back if I were you. I only did it to avoid confusion on the T2J project incase someone was looking for me under trutina.

Clarky: I hope you haven't squandered all of your cleverness lol.

Michelle: Loved that list. I fit in way too many of those categories lol.

962: Oh I know it, and if it were not my own fault, I would have broken my keyboard. Again.

Alexandre: Take care of your hand man, take some time off of playing. Rushing it will cause you much grief down the road.

crushingday62: Cool man, I'll send ya an email to confirm it's arrival.

OCPS470: So when is the collaboration between you and Graham going to be available for listening?

smithers: Feel free to order away at The T2J Shop but remember that it's all T2J CD project related stuff, not actual authorized Satch items. Personally, I'd like to have the hooded sweatshirt like on the cover of SBM, but I guess Joe's afraid we won't buy enough of them. I suppose we could all get "Joe Mamma" shirts made up lol.

Graham: Cool man, I'll let you get a little further along so I can hear a more complete demo man, be sure to keep me posted man. Really interested in hearing it when it's all ready.

Plum Loco: At the moment, PhryDom and Ovation are working on a little last minute artwork authorization action, so that's still a wee bit up in the air. Good luck with the tryout man, I'm sure you'll do very well.

Alexadre: That's good news on the hand my friend. And yes, I'd love to get a copy of the magazine. And your new tune is great man, awesome playing throughout and nice surprises. Great stuff.

OCPS470: Deal with the devil lol. Well at least I'm a charitable devil haha.

JOE: Nice to see the blue man! Thanks for the setlist, have a great tour and rock the house each and every night.

Michelle: That's too damn cool about your new kitty! I can hear ya calling for him now: "Here Stuuuuuuuuuuuuu! Here Stuey Stuey Stuey lol.

Graham: That's cool man, take your time with it, or take a break from it if you're getting frustrated. Remember, patience is one of the most important virtues. Next to an ability to subterfuge lol.

mowlie 2000: Yeah man, I got it today along with a slew of others. Did you guys time that or what lol?

fuzzymonkeyman: Man, that's a great idea! I'm sure Joe was wondering, "Why are they throwing my pics back at me?" lol. Gotta keep Joe on his toes lol.

Clarky: When I returned from repairing my beer situation, I came thru the front door (the one I never use) and saw a notice from the post office that they had a package for me that required a signature, so you can rest well in knowing that all is good. Either that, or it's a paternity suit against me lol!

Scrawn: Yeah, I've been wondering what was up with the Planet Us thing too. I didn't know if Joe joining was just a one-off thing for rockline, or if they were going to put an album out or what. I may check out Sammy's site in a minute and see if there is any word. Oddly enough, I'm pretty sure it's Sammy's birthday today too.

On the aftershow passes, I think the current system works well. Just cause some of us are a bunch of blowhard assholes that talk a lot doesn't give us any priority over the next fan lol. I'll admit, it would be cool as hell if there could be an extra something for all of us die hards here, but I can't see it on a G3 tour. Maybe a solo tour would be more feasible, but even then, how many of us would really benifit? No matter how it's handled, it wouldn't benefit a lot of fellow regulars like Ovation, Artanis, Pete and Narface (even though you're over here at the moment).
