I also ordered the Gold package for the Keswick too. I have not received my tickets yet either. I called Fanfire this past Thursday and was informed that they had not received the tickets from the venue yet. In any case, I was told that if I did not receive the tickets by next Tuesday to call them back. Most likely the tickets would be on hold at will call. Anyway, I can't wait to see Joe on Thursday.

Joe - Thanks for the webcast. Great show! It was nice to see songs like Lords of Karma, Hordes of Locusts (phenomenal!), Morrocan Sunset, Motorcycle Driver and my favorite Flying in a Blue Dream.
Has anyone read the recent Hendrix biography "Jimi Hendrix : The Man, the Magic, the Truth" by Sharon Lawrence? I was thinking about picking this one up. Any comments?

Received the new "Super Colossal" CD today from Sony. Am I the first? I must be blessed. I Don't understand how I received the CD from them so early, but hey I'll take it.
My favorites are Redshift Riders, A Cool New Way, One Robot's Dream, The Meaning of Love, and Theme for a Strange World. I was completely blown away by the Theme for a Strange World. Wow! Loved Cool New Way too sort of subdued and introspective.
Thanks, Joe. Another great album.

Anybody else receive the new Super Colossal CD yet? I received mine yesterday in the mail from Sony and am listening to it for the third time. Pretty good.

Dr Mindcrime - I ordered from Sony too, but it was really early - say the beginning of February. All I know is at the time there was no offer for a signed copy. Later when it was announced that Sony would be sending signed copies, I assumed that my CD would be signed. Sad to say, when the new CD arrived last Thursday it was not signed.

cheese101 - Sounds like the DT concert was awesome! You might want to get their "Six Degrees on Inner Turbulence" and "Metropolis Part 2: Scenes from a Memory". Their "Live in Budokan" CD and DVD from 2004 are also great.
Keniko - Funny thing you mention feeling goosebumps listening to Joe's songs. When I'm listening to "The Meaning of Love" it just gives me the chills. The expressiveness of that song and that way the guitars just sing to you is incredible.
DrMindcrime - Sony mailed me the autographed CD jacket in a separate mailing from the CD. I just received autographed CD jacket yesterday. Maybe yours will arrive that way too.

Wow! Just received the new Satriani Live DVD and CD in the mail today from Sony. The DVD is in hi-def and the clarity is unreal. Much better to see Joe's magic fingers. Nice to see some extended jams/improvs. Joe seems to be in another zone on the second half of the DVD. He even plays with his teeth on Made of Tears. Incredible!
