This is probably a stupid question, and for sure a very random one. I was wondering if anyone on the forum had ever attempted to make their own bass amplifier. I've got a little knowledge of electronics as I've wired pickups and pots but nothing to the degree of an amplifier, I was just wondering if it was possible and if anyone might be able to point me toward some design schematics. I'm looking to be able to get at least 400-500 watts at 4 ohms.
