This is post number 88 trillion. Is anyone going to actually read this and respond to it? I was wondering what Joe and others involved with his music felt about other people recording his music? That question may have been already asked a dozen times, but I missed it. I would like to record a few of Joe's songs myself. I don't want to break any laws or anything. What is the procedure? I am not recording them to sell, I just record as a hobby. I would like to play them live eventually. I will play along with a CD background track that I will record. I will never try to sell a song by another artist that I recorded unless I have received permission to do so. But, maybe Joe is strict about people recording his music. I just want to know. I respect Joe very much.

If you want to e-mail back, you can on amdministry@yahoo.com, or just post another message and I will watch for a reply. Thanks.

Thanks Do The Stu. I thought that was the case, but I just wanted to make sure.

I can't wait for the G3 DVD either. I want my wife to see it. My whole family are big Satch fans. I'm also a big Vai fan. Has anyone looked at the Song list on the G3 DVD and the CD? Have you noticed that For The Love Of God doesn't appear on them. That is the one song I wanted my wife to see Steve play. I don't know if he played it in Denver. Maybe he didn't, but at least they could have put it on the CD.

Did any of you guys see the Realplayer video of Joe demonstrating the new JSX amp on the Peavey message board? It was cool. He played a couple of songs and took questions from the people watching him. He talked about its features and all that. If you didn't see it, here's a link:

Is there a moderator in the house? If there is, just to let you know, I have been viewing and posting message here for a while. I don't have that many posts, but I have been trying to read as much as I can of the site. But, I have elected to stop viewing this message board because you have allowed the foul language to get way out of hand. Maybe you don't have any standards. That is okay if it is your choice. I am going to continue to watch for Joe's shows, but I think it is wrong to allow so much unnecessary language on the site. But, that's just my opinion.
