I know I'm jumping on this bandwagon a tad late but it's a real shame about Paul Hester... It's interesting because I only had two degrees of separation from him - twice he has played in bands with personal acquaintances of mine, but I never saw him play. I feel bad that now I will never get the chance... A friend of mine was involved in a band with him just this past year... I haven't talked to him yet, but I imagine this has got him pretty down.

Maybe one day I'll surprise him. Of course, I'll have to go through a huge load of emails to find that number. lol! I've never called as far as Japan before. I wonder what it would cost? As for Dimebag, I still have that Pantera cd playing just about every day in my car. Vinnie is awesome as well. I can't imagine his pain from losing his brother like that. SupaaDave, my sister and her family are Wiccan, and I was invited to a few full moon ceremonies. Very cool, but like every other "religion", I didn't see myself fully believing in all of what I learned. I did, however, come away with a great feeling of being a better person for learning what they had to teach me. The bad part is that she is not talking to me now since Thanksgiving, and I hope I'm not in a baggie in her freezer in the basement as we speak... lol!

panic attacks are awful! I hope you're ok man :) i haven't had one in ages, but that's because of medication......when i stopped the meds. the attacks came back about a year later. take it easy :)

big bad moon, I'm guessing you haven't heard tracks from all of Andy Timmons' albums? He's really diverse, he covers loads of different styles. I definitely wouldn't put Joe as one of his influences. There's a bit of Stevie Ray in him I guess, but Andy is just himself really, I haven't heard anyone else quite like him!

962- My husband has been on about getting a Nuno Washburn for ages, he's one of his favourite guitarists... but no more guitars at the moment, the bank account is looking a bit unhealthy LOL! This amp is cool though, I just love the clean channel for electro acoustic and classical stuff too... so many tones! About the piano- well next thing to do I suppose is onwards and upwards... will learn a range of new pieces, maybe do a performance assessment with ABRSM then maybe (one day... along way off at the moment) do a Diploma... have to see. :-)
