I visited that page with guitarists who could annoying. I think it's not a good page, because suggestions, why could be someone annoying are just stupid. For example: Joe Satriani could be annoying because he named his son Zacharian and because he has hairy arms, lol!

Last Night was great :-). Great food, great wine (i didn`t drink much lol) and the environment was very good in Family. I`m a little more rich ehehe. My Family gave me a few Euros (European Money) :)). It was everything cool!!

I got the Vai Anthology and the Live Steve Vai dvd, the satch tapes, some money, a Punisher action figure, a batman lunch box (I collect toys), a very expensive portable cd player, and a Guitar Legends magazine. No Jem, lol. Merry X-Mas.

Mikey, we're watching the Live in Astoria DVD right now. Holy shit!! lol! In all honesty, I'm not a big Vai fan, but how can you resist the pimp hat? lmao!!! I knew I would dig this DVD with all the visuals better than his cd's I have. When Tony Mac came out I cheered too! lol! I can't wait to see the whole thing, but right now, I must RUN!!!! Oh yeah, also got The Satch Tapes too!! I'll save that for later when we come back home. I'm gonna rock the house with that one! lol!

I Think your Album "Not of this earth" is a classic,(at least for me)..
I was wondering if there is a future plan of releasing this Album in a remastered version.
I'm from Lebanon, and you won't believe how much they love
you here, you have a huge number of fans..and many guitarists here try to imitate your looks, they may succeed in that, but surely they fail in imitating your music!
Is there a possibilty of holding a concert in Lebanon?

I got a "Best Of Joe Satriani For Bass" music book for Christmas. The basslines to most of Joe's songs are so embarrassingly simple (especially when you see them on paper...hehe), but it's still a very cool book.
ovation1 - Have you listened to the commentary track on the Astoria DVD yet? There's some great stuff there. I love the story about the bassist Steve talks about during FTLOG.
Marcelino - NOTE was remastered a few years ago...at least here in the US.

Mikey, OMFG!!!! Virgil's drum solo is INCREDIBLE!!! Holy schnikey! I think I said about 10 curse words throughout watching him use BOTH end of his sticks and twirling WHILE playing! OMMFG!! lmao!!! I was expecting something good, but that was awesome! Earlier I got to crank up The Satch Tapes, but I kinda skipped to the videos. Each video got louder & louder. By the time I got to The Extremist I scared my cats out of the room, my daugher went upstairs, my son went to the basement, and Dave just shook his head at me. lmao!! YEEEEAAH!!! Disk 2 just came on. I gotta see this. lol!

Hi, i'd just like to say that i heard you album 'surfing with the alien' for the first time abotu 4 months ago and that's when i fell in love with your mystical tunes that capitivated the true sound of a guitar. I would just like to ask you a couple questions. I've been playing guitar since i was about 9, i'm 14 now, i just wanted to know if in your post ( i've hardly read any its so damn hard just to get to the last page) you could give me some tips or something. I just borrowed the surfing with the alien tablature book and so far i've only learn the beginings. Do you know any practices i can to to help make my fingers as fast as they are, although that's a kinda far fetched request. I don't expect me to be as fast as you are in an instant, i'd just like to know some tips, i'm always open for new ideas. Also anyone who would like to help a kid like me just e-mail me aim me or come into contact with me somehow. If you look on my profile, you'll notice that under favorite satch song it doesn't say anything, this is because i had no EARTHLY idea what satch meant untill i looked in the tabs book of surfing with the alien and saw 'satch boogie'. I'd like to let you know that my favorite satch song is a tie between 'crushing day' and 'always with me, always with you'. I'll type to you guys later, thanks alot.
