Jazz_Man- "If all this pisses you off, stop coming here"

You telling us to stop comeing here? Who the hell are u to tell US!!! I honeslty think u should stop comeing here if ur gonna have such a pissy attitude towards something so STUPID and POINTLESS to argue about. Ur loosin it man. U NEED SERIOUSE HELP with ur anger management. You have to learn to LET THINGS GO!!!!!!!!

"how many of you are enjoying this little battle? Better than the Janet Jackson case?"

You think I enjoy this little battle of yours!? when I came and posted or read t2j it would be to say hi to friends, to contribute to convo's and see how things are going. Ya know, to talk to the great fans of Satch. I like reading the posts here, just about everyone on here seem pretty much are nice people and I like to talk to them......... Now all I see is name calling and SENSLESS actions by you. I think u should stop , and start being a friend to us instead of being some kind of "Rebel". U'l be doing urself and us a favore.

I think it would be wise just to IGNORE Jazz_Man until he cools off. Maybe he'll finally find out he's not going anywhere with this nonsense.

Jazzer13- Best wishes and prayers to u and ur wife, I hope things turn out for the best for u two. Good luck with ur knee operations as well man! Keep the faith!!!

Joe,

Love the new album; "The Electric Joe Satriani: An Anthology". It really depicts how wonderful and progressive your music really is.

It took me awhile to get my hands on the album because it hasn't been released here in Australia yet (and the records companies can't say if or when it will be either).

I can't wait for the new album to hit the streets. And please remember, you have fans in Australia too. Hope to see you "downunder" sometime soon.

Cheers

Dave

OCPS470 - I agree 100%. My main problem with The Simpsons today is that the writers are just being lazy. They do a lot of really stupid stuff just so they can cut corners. I mean, come on...they killed off Snowball II in an episode a few weeks back, just so they could have a "B" plot for the episode. At the end of the episode, they replaced the cat, named it Snowball II, and said they'd never talk about the incident again. Those jokes aren't funny, and they're a slap in the face to longtime viewers/fans of the show.

The episode from two weeks ago (Diatribe of a Mad Housewife) was absolutely brilliant, so the writers are obviously still capable of doing good things...they're just lazy.

Joeman9 - Please don't leave the site...I'd hate to see something like this drive away some new members. Hang around for another week or so...this will blow over.
Pitch no 8 - You make the best pizza in the world? Where do you live? I want a slice...LOL.
blazingfingers - Hi...welcome to the site!

The Beautiful Guitar is a greatest hits album that was released in Europe a few years ago. There isn't any new material on the album, so your collection can be complete without it.

Additional Creations was packaged with the first pressing of Engines Of Creation which were sold at certain music stores. AC is no longer available in stores, but you can find copies on Ebay. Expect to pay $25-$50.

Jazz Man - How many times do we have to tell you? STOP the insults. This is insane...

People are not self-righteous here. We're not mad at you for making a comment. We're upset with you because of the way you chose to make that comment. There is a difference. It is absolutely unnecessary to insult someone the way you have insulted several people on this site, regardless of whether or not they have insulted you.

I've made over 1,750 posts on this website. Go ahead and look through each and every one of them...I've NEVER insulted another member of this site the way you have. I'm sure a lot of other T2Jers recognize that, and I'm sure it makes it easier for them to accept my opinions even when they don't agree with them. Insulting other T2J members is absolutely unnecessary.

You're more than welcome to continue posting here. I'd love to talk about Satch with you (and I'm sure many other people here would as well), but please stop insulting people.

...Austin...

Hey guys I can't recall who posted it but I've decided not to leave. It's best just to let JazzMan burn himself out. He'll eventually realize that this is detrimental to him and pointless and he'll cool. Might be a jerk but he'll cool off.

Wow! I finally see the light. Do the Stu: I hate insulting people on the website. But if people dont learn to accept my opinions only because they are stuck up in their own beliefs, that is just crap. Maybe the Steve Vai comment was a little harsh, but does that mean some idiots should start bitchin about ME instead of my comment? Comments about my comment are cool, but when they start talking about me asks for some justification on my part. Thanks.

Luke the Puke: Please ignore me, oh scary Duke! Who the hell am I to tell you??? You shitbag, You are not involved in this. I never sent you a message or never said anything to you. SO cut your crap soon, Jackass. Anger Management, You probably need some kind of management to keep your shitbag mouth in one place and not to poke your nose when you have nothing to do with it. The one smart you said Mr. Luke the Puke, was that people should ignore me until I burn out. Fine. Ignore me. Then why did you post this message against me? You stupid hypocrite! Well, after saying all this, you can ignore me :-)

Joeman9: Might be a jerk? So I am a jerk, fine. My previous comments does say I am jerk. What about you? How clean are you? A little too self-righteous to me. Prick.

pitch no. 8, the full version of turkey man is available on "Additional Creations" and is usually findable somewhere on P2P utilities...
additional creations is getting tough to find, keep an eye on ebay and you'll get it eventually though.

Dear Joe. I've been listening to your music for a while now, and I love it. I just bought the Joe Satriani Anthology music book and I read your interview. It really inspired me to play just like you. After I read it I made up my mind to be a musician. I'm going to play as much asI can and study alll chords and all the scales as you did. I don't know if I'll be able to play for 13 hours a day, but I'm going to do my best. Anyway, if you could give me some tips on playing the guitar and what to do, it would be greatly, greatly appreciated. One more thing, I was wondering if it would be a good idea if I went to music colllege. Thanks so much for reading this.

MIkey, sorry to hear about your sisters endo. Man, that really sucks. I can't even imagine how bad that must hurt. I used to work with a girl who had endo. She had surgery and still had pain after that. At first, she would have severe stabbing pain every month, but when she would go to the doctor, or should I say by the time they could get her in, she could never remember the exact spot where it hurt. Since I had to work with her everyday, I got the idea to mark the spot with a permanent marker on her abdomen where most of the pain was coming from (X marks the spot) the next time she had the pain. When she finally got in to see the doctor, the marker was still there, and he could make a better diagnosis. He said as funny as it was, it was one of the best ideas he's ever seen. Needless to say, that doctor later delivered my son :)

Somebody said something about DT's Honor Thy Father - that's one kick-ass song! I love it! I just listened to that cd today. Killer stuff!

mari, Thanks so much for the offer. The only time I've ever seen Aerosmith was at Hershey Stadium with Jackyl. I think it was the Get A Grip tour? (sorry, it's late, I'm tired). The sound was good, but we could barely see the stage. At the Hershey arena, the stage view wasn't to bad, but the seats are tiny (I'm 5'4 and my knees hit the seat in front of me) and the sound was the worse we've ever heard. Since it's a hockey rink, the sound just bounced off the walls. There was like a 30 second delay from Dave Mustaine's mouth to my ears. It was terrible. I try to stay away from Hershey - although it's fairly close by and a better drive than Philly. I'm saving my money to see Godsmack/Metallica, Dream Theater, and possibly Joe all in April (well, hopefully Joe in the spring sometime) That just might be my concert $$ till the fall. Maybe we could meet up at one of those shows :)

jazzer, sorry to hear about your wife. I feel for her man. I don't even know that pain, and I can't imagine whet she must go through. It's great she has a husband as loving and caring as you.

MikesB, yes I saw Joan trying to talk to BH. I was going to post something about it this afternoon, but I got busy. She asked Bootsy why he was wearing the same thing as last year, then after he showed her his smoov threads were brand spankin', she apologized. lol! When they left, she said something to BH like "it was wonderful talking to you" or something like that. I know you guys like him, but the dude is just flat out wierd! LOL!!

Stripes is a classic movie!

Let's all hold hands and sing songs about brotherly love and cheap meaningless sex.

Anybody know a song like that? lmao!!! Oh, I got one - "If ya can't be with the one you love, love the one your with". Who sings that one? C.S.N. and maybe Y.??

Man, I AM tired! lol!

Apology: Hi guys, here's your friendly Jazz Man. I apologize to whomever who was not involved in this and to whomever who stayed away peacefully (but if you read it, please enjoy it). The people who brought themselves into this argument about ME and not my comment, I dont think there are any winners. Everyone was a jackass equally for carrying it all the way till today. If anyone posts after this message about the stuff thats gone by, will be considered a nutcase. Peace.

...peace eh, I dont even know what the argument was about so I will keep my trap shut...

...anyway

bubbles I think it was you who said something about the Godfather. That is a sweet movie, I love gangster movies. I dont know what ever that something dog you were talking about was, never heard of it. Anway, I cant wait to see the next Godfather movies. In my opinion all the street gangs we see today are just hardcore wantabees. A real gang is the Mob like in those movies, that is wat it was really like, it is different today of course but the Italians are hardcore. By the way, how did you get your nick name? I met someone a few months ago at a Laser Tag gameing place who had that nickname. Just wondering. Talk to you later.

Zachary I am guessing that you are awsome at guitar since your thing says 27 years. You can probably shred and stuff. I am a rookie myself, 1 1/2 years. so, I am slow, if i practive everyday for a couple hours, what is your best guess of how long it will take to get 'fast'? I know it takes years to get fast and it is hard to answer becuase it depends on the person but please try. I am just tired of being slow, I play blues cause it is slower but not super slow and boirng. thanks man.

Mikey/dck - "If I kicked you in the nuts for 5 days a month every month, would you be use to it after a couple of years?" Well, would you? lmao!! There's really no way to describe cramps without mentioning about 15 symptoms, so I figured a good kick in the nads might equal our pain, but it would have to be repeated every 4 to 6 hours. That's how long it takes for the cramp meds to wear off & the pain to come back again. lmao - HARD!!! You'd also have to wear the next size smaller pants (to seem like you're retaining water/bloating - everything gets tight), and we'd somehow have to make your boobs swell and hurt. I think some nice titty twisters are in order. Any of you guys wanna step up? ROTF!!! Who wants to be a girl? lol!! j/k I know most guys understand and are sympathetic, but it really burns my ass when I hear flippant remarks about a serious issue someone has never experienced before. I can't even find an analogy to compare the red tide to anything a guy goes through. lol! A kick in the nuts was all I had. lmao!! I'm sure Erma Bombeck has something written about it in one of her books! lol! I know Mikey understands - he's the only guy in his house! lol! God Bless ya brutha! Geez man, how'd we get on this subject?? LOL!!
