OK, sounds like the petition is revived.
So what I did was create the petition as a forum topic on my site:

Am I the only one,or does anyone else think people should stop arguing about the infamous coldplay v.s. satch case?
I figure it`s pointless for anyone but satch himself to draw conclusions. Don`t get me wrong; I say Coldplay sucks doggie-dick...
to anyone gathering behind those lying bastards, using this oppurtunity to attack joe& and his music, I say; shame on you!
Just because youre envious of joe`s magnificent talent,youre grasping at any chance to speak ill of him...It`s just a little too obvious..youre not fooling anyone here, except maybe yourself..a bit embarrasing, realy.
Joe is the undisputed master, period.

O,Hplease no more wrong medicine.I just cant bear it .I have schizophrenia a 15% dillusion disorder and a 2nd degree complete heart block electrical and they gave me the wrong medicine to lower my cholesterol .The pain was worse then excrutianting worse then anything the hospital would ever see cramping of my whole body cramped my testicles this is day 2 without the lipitor the cramping is starting to leave pahrmacist said 10 days 3 week,s before tottaly back to normal yep! no more wrong medicine later wolf2.

Glitz Man - No complaints here. Well, don't like the bosses but I need the money. Ha Ha.
A stray cat has joined us. Sunday night something got a hold of him the around the neck. The only thing I can think of is a coyote. They don't let go though. Maybe a dog. Hope he makes it.
I don't like the name Chickenfoot. It just sounds silly. Sorry.

This is all over the news and fans in other forums are posting on this. Hey this happens....one musician gets a song in their head from another and inadvertently writes a song with the tune. There's a youtube comparing the two songs. It happened to the great, late George Harrison - sued over "My Sweet Lord" for stealing it from "He's So Fine" by the Chiffons.
This could put a wrinkle in the grammy nomination for Coldplay
I caught the news frenzy in officialfanclub.net yesterday.

lets be honest...it looks like coldplay ripped joe off....could've been by mistake, but doubtful....
OH well, ..even if Joe doesn't win the case...lets get real...this is probably the most publicity Joe has had in over 15 years for anything...if if Joe loses...he still wins.

Listening to the Bob and Tom radio show on the way into work today, they discussed the lawsuit....and were blown away by the similarities in the two songs.....said they've heard other claims of plagiarism of songs before that they felt came close, but NOT as close as this appears to be. Big supporters of Joe.

theres another blatant rip off-on youtube i think.-its stairway to heaven ripping off an instrumental song. thats probably the closest rip off ive heard. the original song is real good to, by a sixties band.check it out, if i know the bands name ill post it.

and another thing (lol).....
i often read comments in mags, etc about joe's music being for guitar elite-tists only.
well thats bollocks frankly. i can play a C chord and a nirvana song and that its. thats like saying a good phtotogper or artsts work is for elitist artists, etc. utter crap.
i love joe's music simply because its bloody good, its got soul and emmotion and there no political crap , it appeals to the human emmotions, happy, sad, joyful or just the need to kick arse-without the need to validate itself.
joe for all his talent never lets the technicalties get in the way of a bloody good melody or song-which is a skill in itself.
also theres somthing satisfying at listening to a maestro in his craft.
on a personal note-joe seems a great guy, is all the better for not being in a celebritie circus (like the beckhams, etc).
finally the guy works bloody hard, still has boundless energy, innovative ideas which is constant in his music and hes done it his way. how many artists can say that?
i admire him and his work output greatly and is an inspiration in how i deal with my work with a camera.
that might sound syrupy but bollocks to it, just do what ya do best joe, be ya self.

revan: You know what, youre damm right! Had a wonderful snowy walk the other day...but no camera :( Ah well, you can't have it all I suppose. You're like a bus in a way as well, hardly any posts for ages and then 3 at once!!
Speaking of cameras, I modelled for a photography student yesterday. Yup, start of a new career I think...HA! Apparently I look like The Beatles (collectively) with my slightly long hair, and they wanted Beatles look alikes so, there I was! Bit strange having a camera shoved up my nose, but an experience nonetheless! :)

howdy igneous.
no snow here in the middle, we rarely get any. some say its cuz we are in a valley, i prefer to say we are in a depression-ho ho.
still hoping to move out of this scumpit soon. need some country living me thinks.
i had to model for some friends who do wedding photography and i hated it, i felt so awkward-i prefer the other side of the camera.
yeah i do try and check back here and try and keep up with the posts but im leave it for a week and theres 20 pages!
