Hey man,i just got done working out right!.? but i think eventually here im going to run out of weights, you see in my weider set there is six 15 lb and 2 10 lb right im using 2-15,and 2 -10 lb for the becn press i use my free spirit dubell set for my arm curls man with little weiders added to it at 23 pound you see what i would like to do is work my arms up to 30 lbs each i have the steel weights to do that then when i hit 30 i can use my 15 weiders for each arm but that wouldnt leave me any to increase my bench press more unless i took them off and on everytime in a couple years or whenever i might have to call weider and say yeah it,s wolf2 do you have any bigger weights man you know i will need a bigger set but im getting buy thats all i was just thinking about later wolf2.

Slash - Did I see that the lady is 6 weeks along? Congrats! BTW: How's the hand doin? Everything all back to nornal?
Michelle - I see you got Wolf's attention.
Chee - Glad to see you had a good time and made it back to the good coast intact. AGAIN!! Let me know when you come up this way we coulda hung out a bit. I'd even have come out to the airport. The city aint that big. Take care of yourself.
DCK - Hey Mark long time no talk. Howis it going?
Mrs. DCK - Glad you're in. Not sure how you deal with Mark but I guess you have to have a great sense of humor.
Well I'm finally all cought up. School is going well. Band is going real well. The new house has a long project list but who cares it's mine (and the banks)There has been so much going on in the world the last few weeks I wish everyone would just take a minute to show some love to those around them. Give your kids an extrahug, call your parents, call your siblings. It's amazing how such a little thing like "Hey how are you?" can lift someones spirits.
Take Care Everyone
