Trutina, pb&j in the pb&j, of course! lol! Just trying to do to many things at once. Oh, by the way, nice quote. Sounds like that guy had one pb&j to many himself. LOL!!

Ovation, "All I can hear is her wicked voice". Don't ya hate when that happens? lmao!!!

StuClone, The Bone always plays Joe's music during commercial breaks. It's a shame they sometimes get cut off. The Bone rocks!!

Just watching the news. They have a bunch of schools closing in New Jersey & Deleware for tomorrow because of Isabel. Grab your floaters, a helmet, and a cup if you have one folks, it's gonna be a biggin'! I'll be packing the garage with patio furniture tomorrow. It would be a shame if it wound up in the neighbors kitchen...

X-Files Episode Of The Day (for our friends on the east coast who are awaiting Isabell): Agua Mala

For those who aren't fans, the episode deals with seawater which turns into a tentacled organism and kills people. A hurricane hits a southern town, forcing the seawater up into the town's sewer system. The fun begins when the seawater turns into the organism and eats people sitting on toilets and laying in bathtubs.

Seriously, though, I hope everyone on the east coast is able to stay safe...I hope the hurricane doesn't do too much damage.

Stu Clone - Stations that broadcast over the internet aren't allowed to broadcast commercials unless they pay huge payments to someone. I think it's the voice actors union that wants royalty payments or something...I don't remember.

Anyhoo, because of that, a lot of the stations that still broadcast online will get around it by having the internet stream cut away from the live broadcast during commercials. Instead of forcing you to listen to dead air online, stations play different music to fill up the gap, and then they cut back to the live broadcast when the commercial break is over.

107.7 The Bone, being the awesome station that they are, use a lot of Satch music to take up time while the commercials are playing. Some other stations loop SRV stuff or play station promos over and over.

Artanis I Sinatra - CEREBELLUM'D!!!!!!!!!
Jen J - You can expect to hear a new JS album in early 2004.

...Austin...

Mike: Thanks for the picture of paul Gilbert and Nuno! I love that extreem song, "Get the funk out". I have a copy, want one? Check your email for the star trek thing, too. Cliff Tinsley, a local screen craft and lithographer, is planning the "wind chime" event at Las Positas College on Saturday 27 in Livermore CA Usa. The world record to follow. Had a question. I'm asking all around to find an answer. Is G3 going to come to Austin,TX or Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX cause they really need to so I can see them. I know they played in the Bass Hall in Ft. Worth for the last G3 with Petrucci. Please tell me if they are going to be in TX cause I will pay so much money to see the show. The show should be called G4 by the way cause Tony MacAlpine is playing with Steve Vai as a backup guitar and keyboard player. Way too sweet!

Yo Ethn...
should talk tomorrow... one of us will call if the other doesn't,
hopefully Friday'll work, there's a football game on Saturday (I'm in pep band... such a band geek. lol), so that might hinder whatever plans there could have been.

Star Trek? Did someone say?
There's this hilarious discussion group on campus: Star Trek and Sexuality.

There's also "Stitch and Bitch: the club for knitting and crotcheting," but that's a different demographic.
;)

[b]fretslayer[/b[ .. new trem post should be easy enough to get (rich harris - ibanez rules). it's not as much weathering as is the fact that you have a knife edge making pressured contact against what you're rotating. after enough such trauma, posts'll snap.

i broke an edge in the weirdest place - the socket that holds the actual knife edge split. would have had to replace the entire trem, but rich suggested j.b. weld, and holy crap, this thing's held up for weeks now, been thru three or four gigs and it's solid. surprised the living heck out of me, but i'm back to being a flutterbug :).

ps/psa~ original edges OWN lo-pros :)

Anuj: Here you go: ibanez rules
btw, the last bracket on fret's name was backward's, and you need to write link before url and use a space between them, then the quote (") marks before and after the url, and you included an ) after the last bracket on [/url]....btw, that should be [/link] at the end....lol, just trying to help you get there ;-)

....Time to eat ;-)....

Joe, Just wanted to let you know that you've been a huge influence on my playing. I've never seen you live, but I'm attending the Fillmore show October 20th. It's nice to hear guitarists such as yourself and Mr. Vai. Guitarists who have not lost their passion for truly great guitar music, and guitarists who have not succumbed to the "latest thing" in mainstream music.

Respectfully,

Michael Campbell
