Myron - Joe should have a new album out sometime in 2004, and I imagine he'll do an "Evening with..." tour to promote it shortly after its release.

Joe,
Any plans to tour Australia either with G3 or on your own? We'd just love to see you again! You know you've got a heap of fans down under - New Zealand too!
Kind regards and undying respect.
Dave

Alexandre - To be completely truthful, I'm a little hesitant to buy the Danger Danger albums. Sometimes I find those "Hairmetal" bands a little corny if you know what I mean. But, maybe someday I'll go buy those cds...
Olly - Good cover man! Ceremony is such an awesome tune!
Fusion - Andy Timmons for G3 is right!!

Hey, I have a question for Joe, or any other guitarist who plays the Ibanez JS1000 model. Since the bridge isn't secure against the body, like there is space underneath it, I just didn't know how to play with my hand resting on the bridge without creating like a tremolo type sound that is unwanted. So is there a better way to play, or is it just something to deal with? ~Thanks~

Ahh man, 11 pages to catch up on yet. Thanks Sharif, GUTTERbOY & Mike for your replies. Glad everyone is doing o.k. Sharif, thanks for the generator buzz (no pun intended). lol!
I have one thing to say, errr, make that two, that are totally off topic. What the hell is Jerry Rice doing with his hair? lol! He's a good looking guy, and one of my favorite players, but somebody needs to take the ol' clippers to Jerry's doo. The second thing - how badass is Rod Woodson after all these years! I wish he would have stayed with the Steelers, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. He's one of my all time favorite players, as is Rice - eben doh dey be gittin' dey butts whooped...

Hey Joe,
I love the last album. It seems to have a much more laid back feel to it. It also seems to have a lot more layering of different guitar tones then on past albums. Where these the out come of recording at home?
p.s Are you ever going to play in Ft. Wayne IN. again? You ain't been back here since '88. Please come back for me.
Hope the G3 tour goes well for you and the other guys.
Best Luck

Has anyone been on the Shred section of the guitar world message board?...I was on there and ended up getting in a shouting match with some pompous ass who thinks he's Malmsteen's brother or something. I'm so glad that I have this place to come to, where real people post. The guy I was fighting with told me I should get cancer. I then told him that one of my closest friends is dying of cancer. Some people!!...Joe rules...if anyone hops over there, my name on there is "satchisgod"....i voiced my opinion, kept it below the belt, and was dealt several cheap shots.....oh yea..Satch Rules and John Bowen (jblaze) is cool!

Joe -
Just had to let you know that we were in South Lake Tahoe this past w/e and while heading home yesterday we listened to Strange Beautiful Music while going up and over Echo Summit on Hwy 50.
It was the perfect setting for the perfect driving music.
Very cool! Thanks for the wonderful tunes Joe.
Can't wait to see you guys soon.
