Good God Almighty! It's only 4 o'clock. I know the minute the first chord is played tonight -- that time will spin at warp speed. . .and I will have to get up at 6:00 a.m. to get my sorry ass into work. But for right now -- only three (count 'em) 3 frikkin minutes have passed. E=mc2 it's all so relative.

AliSyn--I wish I was a famous cook--I wouldn't be sitting at my desk now if I were. I actually won a contest for one of my recipes. . .the producer of the show called to ask me to cook it live in front of an audience at the pledge drive for our public broadcasting station. Tonight I'll look totally different than when I'm on the cook show. On the cook show, I'll look like my grandma (when she was alive). The show will air Saturday at Noon on PBS. It will be live -- so, you've been warned.

Anyways, I am gonna take off, get ready for the show and get there nice and early.
If you see a big guy with long blonde hair in a pony tail, wearing an 'alien love secrets' t-shirt, speaking with an Aussie accent, say hello BIGTOE..my name is Nick!
enjoy the show, I know I will!!!! I'M PUMPED!!

Scrawn: I went to the Guitarevolution show in San Francisco. It was pretty cool. Chris Poland's band was amazing, I kinda feel they stole the show. I didn't even know about the gig until Boyd from this board told me about it. Next thing I know, I 'm on my way to SF after work!

I saw this cool picture on the front page of satriani.com, so I thought I'd link to it. It's a nice one.
Scrawn - The first three seasons of The Simpsons are available on DVD. If you ever feel like giving Futurama another chance, its first two seasons are available on DVD.
All of these sets are beautifully designed. They're well worth the money.

scrawn, I think guitarevolution has been getting a bad name just cause it ISN"T G3. but believe me it was one of the coolest intsrumental shows ever, marty was great, alex skolnick was simply amazing, & Chris poland, robertino pagliari, & kofi baker of OHM, man they were so great, I was speechless. they are done touring for now, but hopefully they are gonna do another run in 2004!
well anyways G3 on sunday, g3 is gonna rule, & it will rule even more if joe changes up the setlist a bit.

Clarky: I hope you haven't squandered all of your cleverness lol.
Michelle: Loved that list. I fit in way too many of those categories lol.
962: Oh I know it, and if it were not my own fault, I would have broken my keyboard. Again.
Alexandre: Take care of your hand man, take some time off of playing. Rushing it will cause you much grief down the road.
crushingday62: Cool man, I'll send ya an email to confirm it's arrival.
OCPS470: So when is the collaboration between you and Graham going to be available for listening?
smithers: Feel free to order away at The T2J Shop but remember that it's all T2J CD project related stuff, not actual authorized Satch items. Personally, I'd like to have the hooded sweatshirt like on the cover of SBM, but I guess Joe's afraid we won't buy enough of them. I suppose we could all get "Joe Mamma" shirts made up lol.

MegaBoyde-
I totally agree, guitarevolution was great! I wasn't into Marty's songs much, but he playing was brilliant.
Chris Polland woah! awesome, I met the band after the show they were VERY cool. I spoke to Kofi Baker for a good while, he being british I an aussie seemed to get along well. Ginger Bakers son? how cool is that! I never knew he played with Brett Garsed on Tappestry!
Alex was very cool, the whole show was great.

mowlie 2000 - That picture would be perfect if Stu was closer to the front of the stage, so we could see him between John and Billy.
ovation1 - The Yankees are winning 3-1 right now in the top of the 4th. :-) The series will soon be 1-1.

Trutina: I don't know, ask graham, he's got the final mix, the one I have has no bass on it, so it's kinda crummy, so it's worth waiting for Graham's version.

Hey Joe,
I was finally introduced to your music a short time ago, why so long I have no idea but ever since I have been listening to your guitar playing it has given me a new sense of outlook on my guitar playing...I've been playing for about 12 years now but only about 3 or 4 years trying to pick out lead and make myself better!! I have been nothing but amazed at your intense way you voice your music...Im wondering if you might have any tips for a (hopefully) up and coming musician!!
I know you are a busy man but if you get time maybe you could email me or reply somehow to this!! Keep the guitar screaming and play "A Day at the Beach" once for me!!
Thanx
