Delfino, haha, funny thing - I just spent 2 hours teaching my mum how to play chess! I haven't played it in years, was fun.

Dude, I wanted to check out 3DS max a few weeks ago....I wanna model my house for a tango hunt on Rogue Spear.....and found it's 2,500 dollars! Crap! hey if anybody ever gives you a copy (wink wink), let me know!

My bass student came over for his first lessons this evening. It was great, as it tunrs out, but a little crazy - he'd only been here 5 or 10 minutes and we had a power failure cause of stormy weather. That didn't help much, but it was good enough for him to be eager to come back next wednesday, so i'm happy! hehe.

hey joe whats goin' down.....down down down down down..... just got G3 in Denver DVD....not too impressed, your set is great and sounds great, steve's too but whats with yngwie? when you all jam together someone mixed him out.....i can barely hear him, you and steve are right up front and hes way off somewhere, like hes playing through a can.....on the other side of the room. thats basically my only complaint, and the fact that it wasn't as energy filled and kick ass as previous video projects but its still pretty good....keep on keepin on.

been rainy dark and grey....but thats ok.....for some reason when its all dark and grey and rainy i get all excited....i hate the sun....too hot, too bright, too many people outside.....when its rainy no one wants to go out, but me....i find big puddles of water to drive through and places to do donuts...woo hoo. stay safe everyone

cuthbert1776 - "I am eagerly awaiting the birth of my third child (< 4 weeks from today"

Four weeks from tomorrow is my half birthday...I'll keep my fingers crossed for that date. ;-)

Seriously, though, congrats... If you don't mind me asking, how old are your other children? I don't think you've ever mentioned them here.

Ya Yo Gakk - You aren't hearing Yngwie because (choose one):

- You're using a mono television
- Your DVD player is incorrectly connected to your television (one of the audio wires isn't connected to anything)
- You're listening to the 5.1 audio track on a 2.0 system

...Austin...

962 lmao I finished making the pawn, the rook and the bishop yesterday...none of them were as hard as I expected...but then it came to the knight...where you have to model a simple horses head just by using splines lol...that took a bit of doing but it was a lot easier than expected...
At the moment I'm just following tutorials and learning all the things I missed for the first two years lol

They don't seem to have a tutorial for the king and queen so I might have to go it alone...

Anywayz I doubt I'll "acquire" a copy of 3DS until I get the student version from the University I'm planning on going to lol...may sound a bit sad but I'm not a fan of "acquiring" stuff...but if you get the chance of "acquiring" it, go for it, its well worth learning especially if you want to add your own little characteristics to computer games :-)

Take Care

JS_JS: But does the GT-3 have everything you need? does it have a whammy pedal? sitar effect? guess not! the reason I recommend the GT6 is because it is much more user friendly (it has knobs which simplify editing patches).

Cuthbert: Baby no. 4? Congrats man!

Guess a lot of people on T2J had wild sex in January....without protection!

jazzy yeah, the GT-6 looks awsome. but I also cant afford to buy one. the GT-3 was cheaper, cause I got a used one, a nice one. and my friend has one so we can mess around with them together. I am happy with it.

Jazzy hey man. I'm sorry for coming out of nowhere like that. I am jsut sick of all the political stuff and the Bush hating. I know we disagree on a lot of stuff but we both have a love for music. you know that I like Bush and I know that you dont. but its just that it seems like everyone is againts him and disses on him and me.for supporting him. it gets old. I figured why not attack you, since we disagreed in the past about this kinda stuff. I was immature and I am sorry. I wont talk about politics. I know that it wont get us anywhere.

I sure hope you put out a live dvd of the concerts you are giving on this tour. ''searching" is a great one as "Moroccan Sunset " . The HOB show in Chicago on 10-21-04 was the best concert I saw in my lifetime. I miss not hearing "Until we say goodbye'' and "Train Of Angels'' but really like the lesser known songs your doing. Dement.....

Hi Joe, Just wondering if you would ever consider a "look a like contest" for those Joe clones out there that would like to perform with you? Kind of a once in a life time chance for those to audition in front of you (with the band), and must know how to play at least 10 of your songs from beginning to end, look as close as possible just like you, etc.. Then you and the band choose the top 4 finalist, who would come on stage one at a time during either your opening or second half of the show, playing a little solo lead-in to you coming out and jamming with all 4 people. It would be GREAT!!! It would be kind of a G5 Joe Clone extravaganza!!! What do ya think? Yeah!!! Spiz :)

Where are all the Joe Clones out there that would love a chance to perform with Joe himself? Don't you think a contest would be a lot of fun!!!

Hi, this is chris, I'm sixteen and a guitar player, (three years) I had a question for another guitar player. I was wondering if anyone out there knew the song SMF, and was experienced enough to tell me what joes approximate eq, dist, settings are, Etc.

I would really appreciate help, as this is one of my favorite satch songs.

Thanks, Chris

Stace, MapQuest directions to the Sovereign Center - 700 Penn Street, Reading, PA 19602 - from your house and see how many miles it says, then let me know. lol!

baduh, How about naming the baby Joe :) The baby will cry because he misses his nice warm dark home in mommy's belly. Try not to take it to hard. Hold him and love him and let him know he is loved. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to your wife. My Indian friend at work went in to the hospital today. They think something might be wrong with her heart. She's been so tired lately. I will call her first thing in the morning to check on her. My prayers keep getting longer and longer :)

Steven, "See What a couple'a Valium's will do!" A couple of Valium would have me out and drooling for days bro! lol! Have a Red Bull. It gives you wings! lol!

guitarded boy, hope you're having a fantastic time right now at the show. So sorry to hear about your cousin. At 18, he's still just a kid. Where abouts in PA do you have to go? I'm hanging out over here on the right side of the state.

Ya Yo, I agree with Austin. I think you might have your deal set up wrong. Yngwie sounds just as good as Joe and Steve in the mix. Mess around a bit and see if you can get it straightened out.

Mahavishnu, seeeeee, would we lie about a thing like that? Live At Budokan is great, isn't it :)

Cheese 101, Chris, SMF is one of my favorite songs also. One of the best Satch songs ever written!! I don't play guitar, so I can't help you with your question though. Hope someone else can.

SupaaDave, does that make them the Supaa Red Sox?? lol!

HEY EVERYONE,

Ok, so everyone here obviously must enjoy some instrumental rock because we are all satriani fans. I've been playing steady guitar for roughly 5 years now, I have a website with some sound files and a few videos and stuff. I would really appreciate it if some of you would check out my website and listen to some sound clips or whatever. All feedback is welcome. And if any of you out there have something to listen to, send me a link, Ill put it on my site, it would definately help get some of our music floating around.

I should have posted something like this earlier, and I have no clue why I didn't :)
