Guess I'm an Official Chickenhead! I got my fan club shirt today, and I must say - I look good in red :-)

Happy Birthday Powerslave! (Scott)

One of my favorite choruses. It comes in handy in everyday situations...just about every day! lol!

Overwhelmed and excited....

Keep listening to Chickenfoot....there isn't a song on there that I don't like, it ALL kicks ass in various ways...and it is very hard to pick a favorite, if I even have to....

But gotta say that Future In The Past is grabbing hold of me...there's something....epic? is that the word I'm looking for? in that song. I can't explain it but it's amazing.

Love the whole album, each song is unique, and I hope these guys make MORE albums together, they have magic and chemistry and I can't wait to see what comes next!! Not that I'm rushing them, lol....just hope to see more albums from these guys because for me, this is SOOOOO good!!

Thanks Joe for taking this step, this leap of faith, and for doing what YOU want to do as you've always done. Not that my opinion matters even the teeniest bit but....you've never let me down with your choices :) Love ya and see you in Atlantic City!!!

scuba: So you like the mag then? ;) All fair and valid points there....I slightly disagree, but what the ghey! :)
Heat sensitive cover doesn't do that much here in sunny sunny summer England....(that was sarcasm there....)

Quote from a friend when I played him Chickenfoot: 'take one red chilli add 2 parts van halen and 1 satriani and stir well = 1 chickenfoot'

Personally, the song that stands out the most for me at the mo is Learning To Fall. Oh, and My Kinda Girl. And Oh Yeah. Dammit....oh well, they're all good!

Listening to: Learning To Fall by Chickenfoot...Suffering From: Hay Fever (a.k.a the Sniffles and itchyeyetis)

I'm so overwhelmed......listened to Chickenfoot network, an interview by Jonathan Clark........an interviewer who is a friend of the guys in the band??? All these connections and still so much to learn!!

Do The Stu - I emailed you about possible work. You still not got that one?

Igneousiceman - you went quiet for a bit, good to see you back.

BlueMoon - am I meant to be mentioning anything about you gobbling a german gentlemans sausage in front of cube?

Scuba - raw power, yeah, that was it!

I've only skimmed posts so sorry if I missed anything anyone

Have a great one all!

finding some time to check posts properly....

Cube - I like the jazz improv! I can't play jazz (only when I screw up) and really ought to try and learn some. Would like to hear more than 50 odd seconds if you do more. Because it was so short it doesn't beat miley cyrus.

Scubadaz - going back to the marmite/vegemite thing. I cant eat marmite so I'd have to assume I'd hate the taste of the version from downunder too. Blurk (me wretching)

Was Raw Power really on at that time? I musta taped it

bigbunny - hi, where have you been hiding? Hows Perth? I must come back, G3 06 was awesome : )

Roo - so was that a no to a Roo app for Blackberry? Something in Java at a guess

Burly - pretty sure those girls are reacting how I'd react to marmite. Guess I wouldn't do very well at a bush tucker trial

Do The Stu - thanks for the story about the fries. Nice one. So now you're on loads of DVD's and in the press. I hear a TV presenting job a calling....

Cheese / Michelle - hang on... if I'm getting reading all this right then Blue Moon gobbled a german gentlemans sausage and now can only use one hand for that sort of thing? WTF is goin on around here?

I'm pretty sure I haven't been drinkin.....

Pip, you read it right - he gobbled the sausage and quite liked it. Woulda had more if he coulda, but do to a manky finger he has a slight handicap.

scuba: Hey, if the JEM's as good as it sounds, it's worth talking about :) I get what you mean about the gear thing, and yes it has crossed my mind once or twice that they would have been better using some more 'budget' geetars and amps to help us mere mortals who can't afford ES-335s....

Hey Joe! I'm new to your site but have been a fan for years. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for getting together with the guys and forming the best kick a**, in your face rock & roll band in a looooong time. I have been so disgusted of late for what passes as music that I was about to give up listening. Then came Chickenfoot. My wife is a HUGE Sammy fan and now between the two of us, it's non-stop Chickenfoot! Our kids are already complaining! When we remodled our basement she created a Sammy shrine which at first was supposed to be one corner but grew to a whole room. I am a HUGE Cabo Wabo fan and between all her Sammy stuff and my Cabo stuff, which includes a bar, coffee table, end table and lamps made out of empty Cabo bottles, it now takes up 3/4 of the whole basement. We like to call it Club Cabo Northeast! Now we are making room for Chickenfoot stuff. We already have the signed poster from the VIP ticket packages, a pick from a guitar god, YOU, and a drum stick from kick ya in the a** with my bass drum Chad Smith! We went to the shows at the Middle East in Boston and the Fillmore in NY city. OMG even though we had heard a couple of songs on the web (poor quality) I was totally unprepared for what was to come. You guys totally kicked our a**es. I have never been to a show that rocked so hard in my life and I have been to more shows than I can count in my 45 years. At the end of the show Chad came to our spot up front and told my wife " girl you guys rocked all F*n night". Since the CD came out it has been playing 24/7 non-stop in our house, the car, the portables, everywhere we can play it! When I go to sleep its the last thing playing in my head. When I get up in the morning its already playing in the brain. I absolutely can't get enough! We took vids at both shows also and they play on the TV and computer when the CD is not on. We already have our tickets for New Hampshire, Boston and the Mohegan Sun in CT. 3 shows in 1 week, I'm not sure I'll survive! But if I die from a heart attack at least I'll die happy! Sorry to ramble but I am totally pschyed about this project! Long live Chickenfoot and again THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for putting the ROCK back into Rock & Roll! Don Bowry
