matt king, your song sounds cool.....as far as a title goes, I would have to say something with the word "frantic"....lol.....great tune !

Has anyone ever become so frustrated with their guitar, that they were tempted to just smash it? Well, I did that last night with my Epiphone Les Paul. I had had enough....RIP

death cube, no it was'nt my main axe. I recently picked up an RGT42 which plays awesome. That damn Epiphone did nothing but go out of tune, and squeal and howl when I tried to turn my volume up. I guess I could have fixed it but...oh well. I was kind of (OK I was very drunk) when I threw it on the floor. That thing gave me so much grief I could'nt take it anymore. It felt good to kill it !

Glad to to see that you found Nicolas's site(guitarplanet.free.fr) useful. If I knew that you're interested in adding stuff to your site I would have told you earlier.

I tried Ayhan again. It doesnt work. Could you give it a try and tell me what happened?

Drafter37 (or should it read Drafter40?) lol! Happy belated birthday. Glad to hear your mum is o.k. now. Praying is a wonderful thing. Nice of your boss to take his head out too. Hope things get better for ya bro!

BORIS, I recently got the who live at the isle of wight festival on DVD. The Who is a killer band. I loved them in high school, but they took a back seat over the years. I recently started to appreciate the brilliance of their music again.

Matt & Brett, can't wait to hear the whole song!

Pete Mulas, same with you. I always have a smile on my face when I listen to your music. Can't wait to hear the whole song.

OMG, I can't believe I didn't rant about this earlier - Richie Kotzen came to ACM on Monday and did a masterclass/clinic type thing. That guy melts frets, dude. Holy shit!!!!!! Pretty rock and roll too - I heard a rumour he got thrown out of Poison for shagging the bass player's missus...

Clarky - Yeah man, cool. That'll be wicked.

Hi Joe! I saw your concert with dream theatre last year 2002 at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. I wasnt familiar with your music but I am now! I have to say, I was blown away and I certainly enjoyed it! ***having front seats helps :-) My husband loves the Ibanez Joe Satriani Model and I bought it for him for his birthday. I got him the JS1000. I'd like to surprise him with concert tickets but I see that you dont have your schedule for the later part of the year. I'll keep checking! Czar

McDave - Don't worry, your guitar was reincarnated into a cat or something.

Webmaster. I can't get the new messages working. IT stars me right at the very first message and I can't reach any new ones for anytime this year. why is it doing that. I have all the requirements on my pc. it works fine for the Joe messages but that's it. E-mail me and let me know, because I can't get to the most recent posts. This is the first time I have ever had this problem. Thanks for your help. Not meaning to be a bother.

Mr Nick it was on BBC2 (or something like that), so your only potential problems are 1: how good my VCR was when I taped it, 2) how well the tape has aged since, and 3) the quality of my VCR to VCR copies... I'm sure it'll be OK for you!

962 they're saying "stuuuuuuuuuu"

thanks for the plug /\/\ikey!!!

Darren will check it after I finish this post! :-)

Nikos yeah I saw the post in the newsgroup... noticed some were streamed so I capped them and put them on my site... more people seeing that stuff cos it's in more places can't hurt!! But you made me think I should thank Nicloas... I'll do it later!

McDave's guitar - RIP...
sevenstringslave - Maybe you accidentally deleted the cookie file that is used by T2J...?
crispin - Did you read his post? It sounds an awful lot like the ending to Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. ;-)

Matt & Bret!!!

Great Stuff!! definately steering clear from the Joe Clone stuff... you are venturing out to create your own tone and sound which is exactly what you need to do!

The drums sounded awsome (great punchiness & all that great stuff) but I think that they drown out the guitar work a bit...

I wondered about you guys... (if you were even considering the T2J CD project)!

JS Clone 1, Rich!!! I still wish you were going to contribute a tune as well... heck, if I could afford it, I would pay for your song to get on the CD...

Off to see the Matrix this evening with the boys... but 1st to HOOTERS for Din Din ;)

I think this calls for a Bud Light!!!

So why does he look like he doesn't like it? Sorry, I know this probably isn't the best place to discuss these things! hehe

Got a Tone-Lok Delay pedal today - it makes Hill Groove and Starry Night sound so much better when I play them - sounded a little thin before.

It's a crackin pedal - I thoroughly recommend it, even to Joe!
