Quote from cuthbert 1776:

The military industrial complex has taken the wisdom of Goebbels and come up with the perfect (for the gov) everlasting fear of terrorism, allowing them to constantly peddle their deadly wares while steamrolling personal freedom in the name of security.

... and it's already starting ... The Associated Press reports Governor Mike Rounds signs legislation banning nearly all abortions in South Dakota.

(sorry, I know this is old stuff, I just get het up by politics -- on to the new stuff)

Cuth re VH, amen to that bro... In the recent foto Eddie's teeth and gums look ravaged, a tell tale sign possibly of ongoing treatment. Hope I am totally wrong on that and that the man is clean and clear from that perspective.

Slansh I am also with you bro... If as usual the photographer snapped umpteen pictures, it looks as if they chose the least flattering to publish a shame indeed......

Awwww man, such heartbreaking news this morning ~

Dana Reeve, who fought for better treatments and possible cures for paralysis through the Christopher Reeve Foundation, named for her late actor-husband, has died, the foundation said. She was 44.

Reeve died late Monday of lung cancer, said Kathy Lewis, President and CEO of the foundation.

~

So heartbreaking. This really saddens me. I have a dog tag from the Christopher Reeve Foundation which states the way the Reeve's dealt with things. It simply says "Go Forward" with the Superman logo on it. If there ever was a Superwoman, it was Dana Reeve. May they rest in peace together....

Joe - thanks for getting me through my taxes. I set up a playlist with all your albums, and listened to each, some more than once! Itemizing sucks, especially when you don't have everything organized...

JOE: Very cool video! I think the imagery fits perfectly with the music. I think this type of video would have been great with Lumionous FLesh Giants. I've always thought that song needed a video of you walking around playing in Tokyo with people running and screaming like you were replacing the monster in a Godzilla film haah!

Hello Joe and fellow Satch fans!!! We (rossthejoefan, joeshua, and sousossceles) are wondering when and if you are coming to Memphis. We are devoted fans but haven’t and must see you live in concert. We would love to travel, but it doesn’t seem to work with our daily schedule. If you haven’t heard we (Memphis) have built a new and better acoustics-wise arena called THE FEDEX FORUM!!! We, and when I say “we” here I am definitely speaking for the entire city of Memphis, would love to have you come and perform and display your most holy musical abilities!! So please let us know if and when you will find time from your most busy schedule to perform for us!!!!

THANKS

Castle49 - Hillsboro is not too bad. Every place has it's good and bad, Hillsboro in no different. It is the center of Silicon Valley NW. LOTS of high tech. It has grown considerably fast in the last 5-7 years. Keep me posted on the status.
