A Minneapolis couple decided to go to Florida to thaw out during a particularly icy winter. They planned to stay at the same hotel where they spent their honeymoon 20 years earlier.

Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their travel schedules. So, the husband left Minnesota and flew to Florida on Thursday, with his wife flying down the following day.

The husband checked into the hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an email to his wife. However, he accidentally left out one letter in her email address, and without realizing his error, sent the email.

Meanwhile, somewhere in Houston, a widow had just returned home from her husband's funeral. He was a minister who was called home to glory following a heart attack.

The widow decided to check her email expecting messages from relatives and friends. After reading the first message, she screamed and fainted. The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computer screen which read:

To: My Loving Wife

Subject: I've Arrived

Date: October 16, 2004

I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have computers here now and you are allowed to send emails to your loved ones. I've just arrived and have been checked in. I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you then! Hope your journey is as uneventful as mine was.

P.S. Sure is freaking hot down here!

Almost Amateur - I have had my RG 560 for almost 20 years it's been all over the country and has been my main guitar since I got it. Other than new pick ups and some periodic saddle adjustment it has been a great guitar.

962 - The harmonics pop pretty easy for me. But I don't have trouble getting harmonics out of almost anything. I even used pick harmonics like Roy Buccanon (spelling) on acoustics where you finger a chord and then pick harmonic the chord shape with your right hand. It actually a cool effect and makes the chord chimey. As for feedback I have to look at my wiring cause I get a lot of feed back which is pissing me off but I figured it is my fault not the pickups.

Big Bunny - The Holy Grail is definately one of my all-time favs.

VFRocker - Great story. That is one of the stories that makes you sit back and be thankfull for all that you have. Plus it gives you an advantage over your kids. I tell my kids that if they can think of it I have already done it so don't even try to get over. And I work for a consultant.LOL

Austin, *waves*

bigbunny, ha! Nooo, I don't berate them or say abusive things - I love dem lil' critters! lol! It's more like a motherly scolding not to go out onto the road.

VFR, congrats on the work contract! As for the other post, I almost deleted it before I posted it. It still amazes me how blind we get when we're in the mix. So much wasted time. Ahh, great song by Skid Row ~ here's a bit of it. Rips your heart out too.

Is it all just wasted time, Can you live with yourself When you think of what You left behind

Paranoid delusions they haunt you, Where's my friend I used to know, He's all alone, He's buried deep within a carcass Searching for a soul

Can you feel me inside your heart As it's bleeding, Why can't you belive you can be loved

I hear you scream in agony, And the horse stampedes and rages In the name of desperation

Is it all just wasted time, Can you look at yourself When you think of what You left behind

Agh well, enough of that. I'm going back to Partridge Family lyrics - C'mon get happy! lol!

hello joe I am a first timer here after so many years of listening to your music and I love your talent and always trying to mimic you but can't. I'm try to play just to kill time here in Iraq when I am back in my little cubical space. My question to you is,

*how canI have the music sheet of whatever albaum of yours?

Would you mind to come here in Iraq to play for the troop? We are so bore...It's totally safe here in northern Iraq, you ever see in the new about Mosul and Tikrit like that...

Hope to hear from you, sincerely and respect

Zenfish:Excited huh,i understand completely,Santas bringin y a big fuckin prezzie this year thats all, lmao,ok listen up,if we have time t record more after the 2 y have in mind all the better, but i figure 2 well done is better than 3 or 4 fair -good,lets see how things unfold. Not sure how y want to send your work/mp3s, by post or by msn?its possible if you have your tracks in mp3 format in a file in your computer t send them to me via msn if you add me to your contacts list. Its a little long in downloading the songs my end & sometimes y get kicked so y have t start all over again but its quicker than by post, anyway, however you send your tracks,it will be good for me t get an idea of what i,m letting myself in for b4 y arrive, lol.

In the jam session, the good news is theres no problem t play, the bad is only one guitarist at a time can get up as there is only one guitar amp, house rules?i dont know, but the musicians are good,so if y shout the chords b4 y should be alright. Its straightforward,y write down your name in a book & what y play, then y wait for your name t get called, its a good idea t get there early 2,around 6.30pm cause by 7.30-8 its heavin with peeps

My own stuff is about done,i,m recording at this time a lil clean solo t blue bossa, mixin down the parts i recorded last night & today, head t this lads place t balance the tracks up & polish up with better compression rev etc, record it on good CD quality & its a wrap.Sending it t Ronnie"Fabbollox,oh i mean Fablawyer, lol on Mon with photos etc & it,ll be design cd cover/website time,so plenty fun & games ahead but the hard work is over.....IT SEEMS,must add that...the "it seems" bit cause every time i temp fate something happens.

speak soon bro & let me know if/when y get that mail from Tura,i,m off t another jam session tonight, different bar, different peeps.Adios for now

steevet - a shredz cut for t2j??

highly unlikely....

I'd prefer t2j to have something exclusive and different..

sticking a Shredz track on there to me seems like a cop out..

it breaks the rules too..
because then I could not release Shredz until T2J2 has been out a year...

and if Shredz ain't out within a year I think I'll go insane...
it's been around 3 years to get this far...

Yoda - I'll meet you in Guildford.. that means we can chat 'n' stuff on the way down...

David will be that this rehearsal too... so you'll get to meet him and find out first hand what a pain in the ass the man is.. lmao...

hang on.... you'd rather go to a DC rehearsal than get your nuts in..

are you insane???

someone asked me a question about Malmsteen.. I can't recall who cos my pc crashed earlier and I lost my post...

ask again and I'll answer... [asuming that no one else has answered already...

all you guys concerned about my lil' 'un...

he's been a type 1 for 8 years.... so this is not a new thing...
he's as fit as a butchers dog...
very very athletic... very lean.. in tremendous health...
an unbelievabley quick sprinter.. and rarely tires.. and is remarkably strong for his size...
his coach loves him for his pace and sheer work ethic....
and he's one of the top players in his football team - he plays in the U10 'A' squad....

also he's very generous, loving, affectionate with a great sense of humour...
he is lovey to be around..

his big bro has no medical conditions what so ever..

and is a fucking nightmare... 666 on his head.. the whole shit..

Civgeek that's a good positive spin or taking the wrong path, I'll certainly be looking out for my kids in areas that other parents may not even be aware of, but I also think that kids have to make their own mistakes as well. You work for a consultant- ha ha, me too. What field are you in ? I'm in environmental engineering, which is pretty much landfill design and construction quality assurance - it pays the bills...

Steven W Yeah I'm good bro'.............. hope you're having a good day as well :-)

Michelle Great call on the SR track.................... 18 and Life was another fave of mine............. I was saying to my wife yesterday how sadly ironic it is that when you are young you can't see what's around you. I remember getting to the top of a hill climb with my folks and my Dad would be like 'Man, just look at that view'................. but you just don't see it until you get older..................... one of life's benefits.

Clarky Dude, don't be so hard on the boy............. he's been turned bad by GTA San Andreas and rappers - lol :-)
