Anyway, It would be awsome for you to sign my guestbook, maybe drop me an e-mail, or just stop by and say hi...

Thanks and God bless DBJ

Ahoy out there......I am a guitarist from Melbourne Australia. I have been heavily influenced by Joe for many years and I have recently completed my debut cd "BLOWN". You can listen to it at http://www.cdbaby.com/jamesryan You will hear some Satch-ism in there! Aside from recording/producing etc, I am a Roland/Boss clinician and I teach and play live weekly. Let me know what you think of my music......Much appreciated. James Ryan

Hello Satchland.......Listening To Blister CD from Portugal (alexandre) and Belladonna CD from Ireland (Ronnie/FAB LawyerofSBM) so much great music on this site! It's such a great place to be........... I'm a million posts behind......not quite, but that's how it feels.

Great News! It was killing me not to see Joe again (by missing the Cali shows) so I' going to fly out for the weekend to Las Vegas for the HOB show!!! I couldn't go till 2006 till my next JS show.....Hopefully I'l be able to get a photopass so we can have more incredible shots for T2J! Oh Yeah!! This was the 1st Satch show I missed......flew out for Aerosmith and missed JS by a week or 2. Wished I blew off Aerosmith and saw JS/G3-03! However didn't know about Satch till I saw the Vegas booklet with his photo talking about the G3-03 show.......that was what sent it all in motion!!......went and bought SBM and Vai's 7th Song CD......saw that he was coming to my area, NYC I got a ticket.....Glenside, PA was SOLD OUT! Bummer! I drove through torrential RAINS and Flooding....took me more than twice as long to get there! I made my sign...."PLEASE SELL ME A G3 TICKET!.....ON THE BACK it said: ....I NEED a G3 Ticket!!! Well, it worked! I got a seat in the 6th row and the guy that helped me get a ticket asked if he could have my sign. Absolutely dude! He needed 2 tickets and the guy had one so he found me and helped me out. THAT'S what Satch FAN's are ALL about! Joe's not like all the rest and neither are we!! Amen! God Bless JS on his upcomming tour and his realme: Satchland! I'll catch up with you soon.......Good vibes........

Hi back estrela!! Yes, I did get your e-mail with the two great pictures, and I wrote right back to you....you didn't get it?? It was quite a long e-mail.... :( I'm sorry if it didn't go through! But I'm glad to hear your headache is all better with your "magic medicine" lol!! And you bet we are counting down the days to see Joe!!

And Steven, I got your mail and also answered you right back, did you get it? Actually, I sent you two because I forgot something after I'd sent the first one.....have fun jammin' tonight!! Chris will also be playing hard tonight, he likes to come up with different "set lists" and play 20-30 songs a night, mostly Joe songs...he plays loud and hard!

Stevee T, I'm kind of worried about you and your JS10th....what's happening there? Is it legit or not? I sure hope so, cuz I don't want you mad at me for all eternity!!

Michelle, I read some of the page Austin gave us, back on 9-11...so sorry to hear of what happened with your family, but I'm glad you've come so far from then and figured things out for yourself and your family. Life is very precious, and very fragile... it's stories like yours that remind us to cherish our time with our loved ones, family and friends all.

Hugs out to the whole T2J community.............. wherever you are and however you feel, lots of people care!!

HooRoo Joe, guys and all your families, have a fabulous time in Aussie land! And come back safe and sound, all of you!

5 days to go

Then theres only 4

If you can count that leaves us with 3

followed by 2 then 1 days to go for the legend to be in Sydney

Sorry but I had to get this out of the way because the closer I get, the more excited I get and the more excited i get the harder it is to think straight and the harder it is to think straight the greater the chance of a typing error and theres no way i'm going to extra days to the waiting time for the legend to get to Sydney

Thank you for listening to the gibberish of a fool

Hello All Satchurated Bottom Feeders.........;-)

I just rolled back in town from the Cannery in Nashville. Steve Vai and Eric Sardinas were crazy good! This was the best live music show I have ever seen in my life (no offence Joe). Steve's band is just insane. Billy Sheehan on Bass, Tony Macalpine on guitar and keyboards, Jeremy Colson on drums and Dave Weiner on guitar. Note after bone chilling note from a master composer.

The meet and greet was mind blowing. About twenty of us put our chairs in a circle around Steve. He came out sat down and said "Let’s talk". I asked him "what was it like to work with the genius of Frank Zappa"? He told a great story about when frank appeared on a T.V. show and the host had a wooden leg. The host asks frank, "with all that hair doesn’t that make you a girl"? So Frank, not missing a beat responds "with that wooden leg doesn’t that make you a table"? He then went on to say that in June he will be 45 years old, and there is not a day that goes by that he doesn’t think about Frank. It felt as if any moment he would say, just a second folks I need to go flip the burgers , I'll be right back, how do you like them cooked? Next they passed his EVO guitar around for all of us to fondle. Holly Shit, I fucking played Steve Vai's guitar!

Next we all attended the sound check, and I witnessed first hand a new tune being recorded for the first time. I also witnessed what a task master Steve is. The man knows his microphones and his mixing! After the sound check, my wife and I staked our claim right in front of the stage. The warm up act Eric Sardinas was excellent enough to buy his CD. Then out came Steve...........................

I have never witnessed such mastery over the guitar other than Joe. Similar but yet two distinct different voices. I can only imagine what a G3 experience is like..............

If you ever get a chance to see Steve Vai live, don't miss it. I can not say enough about the man and his music. Just like Joe, he is a class act, and the world is a better place because of those two guys.

Jazzzzzzzzzzzzzy take it easy on Angie man, Correlation does not imply causality. That would be some pretty hurtful stuff if you are wrong.

Namm Man: I cannot express how much I agree with you...those two are without a doubt top of the heap....Vai's stuff makes me feel weird inside(in a good way),,,thats as close as I can come to describing it....it's really undefinable as a feeling, actually! Yeah the G3 experience is amazing...Joe, Steve, and Yngwie on the 2003 tour left me speechless, literally, for the hour long ride from the Beacon Theater back home. Just amazing. Pales in comparison to a sit and chat with Vai himself though. THATS too cool!!! you actually played EVO??? the same guitar that steve made the WHOLE tour turn around to get the old pickups he had in it out of a trash bin? What a gret time that must have been. betcha felt nervous under Vai's watchful eyes, eh? anyway, just couldn't help responding, I just love the musical talent that Joe and Steve possess and share with the world, so it's only natural for me to want to talk to others who feel the same...BTW, I'm scheduled to go see Vai play in Manhattan on the 26th of this month..should be fantastic...hope you can catch that tour, if not already! peace out!
