BTW, Do the Stu, not meaning to ridicule you, but didn't I have the idea for the poll? Remmeber? I asked if there would be a giveaway poll and you said you didn't know, so in that regard the webmaster is wrong.

Death Cube K: My mom has cancer and thanx for the tab site.

On a completely different note, I heard my first Malmsteen song today of "Don't Let It End". I can see why people say he is one of the best guitarists around. I'll definitly be buying some of his stuff in the near future.

achoo: Hey man, I've been a huge Megadeth/Mustaine fan for years!! Great player, i always liked the way his fingers looked on the fretboard. Tons of great riffs over the years. I have always thought they should have gotten more recognition. Great live as well as on record.

JS_JS- hey!, my computer had troubles, damn virus problems :S took a week to "fix", and then brought it back. IT still was infected by viruses! so I brought back and it took another week and now it seems to be back to normal. Except the Mother Board is replaced and I don't have regular sound, I only have effect sounds. I wish I had regular sound back on, but I'm by no means a computer expert or anything like that lol Kinda sucks though cuz thats my only DVD player, in my computer, the sound is just unrealistic when it's effected by effect based sound, ah well, at least I have my computer back lol

G3 DVD and CD look GREAT, Can't wait!!!!!!!!

EG112 We must be talkin pinched harmonics here!!! Try playing a harmonic note with your pick and a bit of flesh for a pinch. You need to move the pick position around a bit over the pickup to find the spot!!! Listen to Rory Gallagher, the master of pinch!!!! Mr Gibbons not too shabby either!!!!

You will probably, like the rest of us, hit your first pinched harmonic totally by accident and spend the better part of the next few days trying to figure out how you got that cool sound!!! Don't give up!!

MikesB I beg to differ. George Lynch is definitely the master of the pinch. He carves up the guitar like my mom carves up a Thanksgiving turkey.
FretSlayer Megadeth had to be one of the tightest bands that ever existed. The riffs and rhythm time signatures were always perfectly executed. A quality band all around from day 1.

juju808 - I'm a 6-10er...you've seen Joe that many times as well? I assumed you've only been to one or two of his concerts, because you joined the site right before your G3 03 gig...shame on me...sorry. ;-) When was your first Satch concert?

Adrianorb - Yeah, that bugs me a lot. What bugs me the most is that Satch's Summer Song and Vai's FTLOG aren't included on either the CD or the DVD (probably because they both appear on the original G3 releases). If Satch knew ahead of time that Summer Song wouldn't be included, I wish he would have closed his set with SWTA or something...

Between the two G3 DVDs, we now have half of LISF live again. The songs are different this time around because there's a different lineup, but it still bugs me. It would have been cool to get things like Why, Crushing Day, Time Machine, and The Power Cosmic on DVD.

Iv4r - If the venue is advertising Satch and Vai, go ahead and buy your tickets. If they cancel, I'm sure you'd be able to get your money back...right?
SimmyDiaz - Albums are released on Tuesdays in the US, and on Mondays in the UK. If I remember how things have gone with past Satch releases, you probably won't see the album on your side of the pond until mid-March.
The Prez - Your chances of winning are equal regardless of your response to the poll question.

The webmaster meant that I came up with this specific poll question, not that I came up with the "Hey! Let's have a poll!" idea. There have been polls on this site for as long as I've been here (since early 2000).

Back when this version of the site was launched in June 2002, Jon asked the T2Jers to suggest ways he could improve the site. He also asked us to send him possible poll questions. I sent him a few questions way back then...this question was one of them.

JS JS - I wasn't at the Seattle show, but I'm pretty sure Steve Vai played The Reaper at every G3 gig.

...Austin...

DelfinoPie- I am so sorry to hear about your mother! my best wishes of luck, health, and strength are being sent her way!

Austin- I cant remember what year it was, but I think 97 when Joe, Steve, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, and Robert Fripp came to Pine Knob (detroit) I was so excited because it was my first time seeing Joe and I got back stage passes and Joe didnt come back... talk about bummed out (but the first time that I met him turned out to be so much better than that would have been, so it all worked out) so we hung out with Steve and crew the whole night... I actually signed up on this site about 3.5 years ago, but then forgot my password, and then forgot about the site until right before this years show... :)

Do The Stu- I couldn't agree with u more, I wish Joe would play Time Machine and Mind Storm. Songs like that, songs that we haven't seen live before. I hope Joe will do that sometime in the future. But it's still awsome to see Joe out there though!!!

Have a good night everyone
