Guess What? Trick or Treating is illegal here this year! Not safe for kids anymore I guess. But Halloween parties at churches, Y.M.C.A, and malls is o.k. Just no more kids walking around Trick or Treating.

I guess the folks in Montgomery, Al arent the only ones to ban halloween... all of Moscow has placed a ban on celebrating halloween as it is "psychologically and morally damaging"... WooHooo!!!!!! I won an aftershow pass for Pensacola on the Vai website. I'm so excited I can't see straight. Whew! better sit down...oh, I am sitting down. Damn, I'm just gonna have to get my JS1000 signed. There's a luthier in Destin I'll take it to and have it sealed so I can still play it. I can't quit playing my favorite guitar just because it's autographed, now can I?
Hey, about the aftershow meet and greet...can you take cameras? I'd love to get my pic taken with the Grand 3.
ToneCapone: I'd just have to break the law. No trick or treating? Next election vote those jerks out of office.
By the way, the latest issue if Guitar Player Magazine has an interview with my favorite unsung guitar hero, Steve Hackett. If no one has checked out his Tokyo Tapes DVD, it's definitely worth the time.

i had a kick ass sandwich, some apple juice (which is always kick ass, no need to distinguish there), some kick ass chips, and some kick ass clam chowder. with lots of pepper. lots. it was kick ass pepper and oyster crackers.

yah, the gig looks to be interesting, the dude's like 50 and has his group doing jazz/latin/motown thing... not usually what i play, but it pays better than anything i've ever done (except maybe that one-nighter that got me $50 for what was like 90-100 minutes work)

I'm trying to find a good Lords of Karma tab, usualyy i don't play other peoples songs, but I was curious on how the solo was worked, any tabs on that, or soundtrack music tab sites would be cool. BTW the matrix revolutions is coming out, who's seeing it?

Steevlan1 - Yeah, you should be able to bring a camera to the aftershow thing. You might have trouble bringing it into the venue (during the concert), though, because most places don't allow cameras. If you ask nicely and explain that it will only be used when you're backstage, you MIGHT be able to bring it in.

Steevlan Congrats good to know someone else somewhat local-we live in P'cola- will be there...my boyfriend (Dwight acerbicaxeman) won backstage passes too. Two more days can't wait.

Mick/Mike: let's see...how about I pay 300 rupiah (Indonesian currency)? Make sure I get a good standing position where I can watch the flautists in action (they tend to be the sweetest things) but I get a seat for the parts I'm not playing. What about triangle solos? Do I get any 32-bar?
