Does anyone know if Joe has a guitar workout he does on a daily basis? and any ideas as to what he practices and exercises he may do?
What about stamina while playing, any idea how he works on that? Any hints are greatly appreciated.

The liz and donny thing was alittle screwy man holy! years ago donny phones me told me to come down to his shop wheni was like 14 or 15 years old man he said it,s for my wife man it,s you and her just do it for me so like years later i call see if i can trigger his memory finaly got liz time hopefully it,s more then one little sex thing.Now i think gangster nightime is over for the year babe yeah the wild tiger solution they gave me to make me gabgster at night is temperature sensitive hey yeah it, starts going to like what i call tight at about amonth of minus 3 clesius but real doesnt stop until a few night i think it,s 13 days or more below minus 7 anyways yesterday morning when i wok up you could feel that it,s regulcated for winter now man i think whenit does that it,s hard on the body makes my brain feel different like now anyways were good my coffe is just made hav e to drink more be back later wolf2.

And um the wilder tiger test tube aint free,i paid 113,000 dollars for it at the michols building at the peterborugh regional haeth center you see chics come to my windo then they think thats when i go out man it isnt i go out when it tigers they may have been some coincidences but most babes know hell be their just wait! what it is is when the power build up in my upper boddy so great if it doesnt get released it can cause alot of problems with my brain neck apine and stuff the wild tiger releases it no shit it,s apower over load is what it is! later wolf2.

The nichols building is suing the ontario provincial police it starts in 2008 i think the psychatrist their said like with the whole x woman thing he said for body builder pause adult power overload under law their suppose to bring you here frank to me then i keep you here for 3 months then you go home we wait until the dramatics of the ower overload in your upper body come out monitor you then you come back here then i give you whicever syrums you want you pay cash for like the wild tiger he said you own alot of things at weider and the bank! the only way their suppose to take you to jail is if you dont have the money for the syrum he said instead you went through the whole prison system which is against the law and the endure of the dramatics occured at kingston pen in illegal conditions um were sueing for 90 or 70 million! later wolf2.

Under law before i can send a hitman i have to sue win or not 3 years after that im aloowed to submit it to my hitmen the goverment said the cop the charge me by by! the desk broads byby! and so on it,s about an 8 -13 million dollar hit lots die anyways it never power overloads again they told me their their some little grips they just feel then go the overload becomes tiger now were good!later wolf2.

flip...this is not a good day....
I nearly lost my best friend
my new phone packed up
now I bin told I will be redundant on 7th December!
EDIT: Just making a cuppa and my cup split open when I poured the hot water in...meanwhile my work colleague came in and said she had spilled tomato sauce down my White Coat!
Sigh....never rains but it pours!

Does this still go on at concerts. My wife took my 15 yr old daughter and her friend to their 1st (no parents included) concert last night here in Portland. They went to the HIM show. So my wife was asking someone from the crew how they could get backstage to meet the lead singer. Apparently these guys don't find it necessary to have one on one's with the fans. ( From what I gather it wouldn't hurt them to meet the fans)anyway the guy she spoke with said basically replied if you do me I can get your daughter backstage.
