Hey Rich, the blues jam was cool. You sounded very authentic playing blues, which is very difficult to do for those of us that work hard at technical music most of the time. Very cool!

CLARKY - Man, you can crack me up without even trying ! Ever come across the expression 'Berkshire Hunt' ? - lmao Sounds like a nice area though dude. We had a couple of inches of snow up here last night, great views on the way to work this morning, but i don't suppose it will last. Anyway if you think 'Berkshire Hunt' is bad, i live about 5 miles from Penistone - pronounced pen-is-ton - no honestly ;-)
OVATION - Belated best wishes to your Mum-in-law dude, i only caught up on the posts yesterday, stay positive man.
PHRYDOM - Were you really trying to be nice in your last post ? Is this the new PD for 2003 ? Have you wasted away from all that walking yet man?
MR NICK - Is that really what JSC1 and JSC2 look like ? roflmao - Nice one man - stay dry ;-)
Oh well, that was a tough 2 day week at work, if only every week was like this one, catch you all back in the real world next week.

r6rocker, since you mentioned Penistone and think that's funny, we have a few close to here (in PA) that make you say wha??? We have the lovely towns of Virginville, Blue Ball, and last but not least, good ol' Bird-In-Hand. Nice country towns, but I wouldn't want to live there...lol!
Snow again today. Schools closed. Keep the noise down, the kids are still sleeping :)

Glad you didn't take it the wrong way Matt :-) Keep up the great work dude!
I've got my fingers crossed /\/\ike for your m-i-l, and you're right about that Joe n Steve album ;-)
r6r got your mail, been busy with dawgs and out- (oops, in-) laws here from the US. Yes I was trying to be nice, keeky chunt! ROFL... Penistone... isn't that a hill / mound thing that looks like a slab of meatloaf and looks really out of place?! Been there, lovely place. The belly's still here, but I fear my attempts at keeping it well fuelled are an exercise in futility LOL
Right, kip time. Later everyone, Dave
EDIT: I put 'you' instead of 'your'... also....... Mr Nick sharpfour.com is hosted with ValueHost. They're not free, but they're very reasonable and you get full control over your web servers (you can set up sub-domains, etc at no extra charge), databases, server-side scripting, etc. I've had no problems with them in the six months I've used them. Hope this helps!

MICHELLE - Long time since i've heard from you young lady, nice place names- lol. I've got to tell you the funniest street name that i have ever driven past was 'Fanny Hands Lane', i nearly crashed the car laughing. I take it that although it's still funny in the US, that you know the different interpretation of fanny in the UK ? I mean come on, would you really buy a house in that street.................... In my day they used to call it 'lovers lane', just a sign of the times i suppose - rofl. btw I take it that with the usual twist of irony that there are no virgins in virginville ? ;-)
PHRYDOM - No dude, Penistone is in a valley but i'd lay a pound to a penny that you're talking about Pendle Hill near Nelson and Colne ? Mystical place, yeah? btw congrats on the 500 in advance ;-)

Mr Nick Thanks for the list.
place names I know someone who is now living in a town called "Le Tampon". Has anyone read Douglas Adams' "The meaning of Liff"? It takes place names which are only used once, and matches them to definitions which don't have words for them. eg "Wyoming, running from cubicle to cubicule, frantically trying to find one which has a lock on the door, paper in the dispenser and no brown stains on the seat."
