Hi Joe, me and my friends have been fans of your music ever since we started playing guitar, while we can't play much more than the easier riffs in Surfin' With The Alien and Always with Me, Always with You, we still have a passion for listening to your songs. I've been playing guitar for 5 years now, I play an Ibanez JEM-555, and I've been playing bass for 7 years, a Musicman Stingray. I'm in a band and we're currently writing our first album, hopefully it will be done by next summer.
Anyway, I'd like to ask a favour if it is at all possible. We're all 17, living in Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland. We heard about your gig in Mandela Hall, Belfast next year, and we are sooooo excited. The only problem is, Mandela is notorious for asking for ID, and gigs there are always 18+. Is there any way we could get in without an ID? (we're not alcos or anything but theres no chance the people at Mandela will believe that) We really want to see the master at work, and now is our chance, it'd be great to see you live!

The reviews were glowing. So few people know about him now. No commercial play. I feel lucky to have seen him. Saw him in Detroit in the early 70's and once in the 60's.
