MJK, I'm not sure if we're gonna make it to GC yet. With work and all, I'm just not sure :-/

Chee, a spank from Dottie! lmao! I'd look forward to it. The name does, however, take me back to good ol' Pee Wee...

Pee Wee Herman: There's things about me you don't know, Dottie. Things you wouldn't understand. Things you couldn't understand. Things you shouldn't understand.

Dottie: I don't understand.

Pee Wee Herman: You don't want to get mixed up with a guy like me. I'm a loner, Dottie. A rebel.

lmao!!

I love that St. Patrick's Day vid Trace. Those were the funniest gifts you gave the band!!

Bluebuffalo, I actually have THIS SHOCK WAVE VIDEO in my youtube faves!! lol! What a kickass bunch of kids! Have a great time at the show!

's one of the MOST beautiful places I've EVER been!

SteveeT: hey SteveeT ...I'm not sure...they're playing with a BonJovi Tribute Band & 2 other bands.... I'll find out or go to www.drawtheline.net to see what's up with them. If you love AEROSMITH these guys are the next best thing!! Are you going to the GC event with JOe? You know I'm thinkin of coming up...... I LOVE NYC & JOe!! It doesn't get ANY bett dream3: Nice to meet ya! I'm glad you survived Ozzy & Zakk.....sounds like quite a crazy night for ya. It's best to stick with JOe, Steve, Andy Timmons and other great players...non-life threatening but your life will NEVER be the same by their shows. They will give you a show you'll NEVER Forget!!

Michelle: I think it's my dress, if you select "Collections' & "Natalina" you will see the photos I've seen. It's a much better image of the dress, you can really see the detail. It really is incredible, thanks! I never expected my parents to pay for my wedding.... I was just hoping for an equal contribution for what they did for my 2 sisters, they are contributing 1/3 what they did 15 years ago...Financially they're much better off now having sold their home they bought in 1972 for 2005 prices. Quite a profit!! We always planned on doing things our way, they've always been detached when it comes to me anyway.... no loss but for them. It's the "rejection factor" that has the most impact. That is what hurts! I'm trying me best to overcome... and we shall. ;-)) It's going to be the most incredible wedding ever. My Dad can put in ear plugs if he don't like the MUSIC! I'll give em to him before the music starts.... ;-))

Traci: Many thanks sweetie. It's going to be so Amazing.... I'm marrying a man that adores me & I adore him. God has sent down from above..... I've waited a life time for him & he for me. My best to your Mum & Chris! How's the Ireland JOe trip coming aloer than that!

Captain Steve: Many thanks Mate!! Good to hear from you... I hope life's been treating you well my friend.

Matt King: Check with the old man, I'd love to see 'em..... I hope he can make NYC or PA. I'm considering doing both. Hey, it's JOe.. gotta make the most of it! He's NOT touring the states eh....

Slans: That was priceless Baby! I may actually be in Barca on 10/10. When I get the final itinerary I'll keep you posted... Can't wait to see you and say hello! I love your musicial explainiation.. You ROCK~

Alexandrecaetano: Hello my wonderful friend! The wedding is Sept 28, 08 in Cohasset, MA I would love for you to come..think about it. It would be an honor. ;-)) Maybe we could meet up in Barc when we come into port..it's a lot closer to you... I miss you. I hope Life is treating well and family is fine.....WE miss you Alex!

DoTheSTU: Yup, I'm getting married!! My fiance is the "Brad Whitford" of the Band.. he's a huge part of Aerosmith for those that do not know.... www.DrawTheLine.net is the site to find out more.... Thanks again & I hope to be coming out to the west coast soon... IN & OUt is a must for me, great stuff!

Keniko: Thanks for you kind blessing. We really appreciate it! I hope we get to meet up at some gigs. Are you still kicking?! Your band has such great potential!!

Clarky: Big hugs to you & kick ass kisses. Don't get NO better than that... You ROCK dude.. Man, you have such a GIFT! Well Deserved...mate, well deserved.

Hey Joe! I'm so completly psyched about the album...and I'm so eager to hear the podcasts as well!

Plenty of clever ideas put into that 'Satchurator' its awesome to see some real creativity and ingenuity put in to those things. I'm becoming such a pedal and accessory junkie thanks to you and Kirk Hammett. Love the red you picked its my fav. color too :]

get around the world, play some awesome shows and get back in the U.S. and rock Orange County we need another batch of Satch pronto!

Peace, Kenny

clarky ~ i hear ya on the satchness with CoE. It's my biggest inner demon~ Since the split though, things are getting...interesting? I've been focusing more on odd like scenarios and writing around them instead of just playing something that sound "cool" to me. Like...Santana vs the space aliens...the aliens win eventually and take over the world with the mighty force of the whole-tone scale.

oh boy...

chelle ~ work sucks but i understand. there has to be some way for the good ol' unlisters to reunite. i'll never forget the april shows in 2001 in nyc. even chris from france was there. such amazing times.

mari, i spoke with the the nameless old guy yesterday evening. i'm not sure about attending a satriani event, the guy is knee deep in IT work as usual. however~ we are getting together the first week of april to hit the strings and prepare something for the big instrumental guitar fiasco me and another local guy are putting together called "lords of the strings" ooooo not corny at all. we'll see how it all fallls in to play!

Thank you for keeping kick ass guitar playing alive and well. Don't ever stop.

Hey Joe, don't suppose you could come to the Isle of Wight in England could ya? They've started the Isle of Wight Festival up again, except it sucks major ass in comparison to the one Hendrix played at, and is this in need of The Satch. I also think it would pretty good if you got Slash on a G3 at some point, that would be awesome.

Hi Joe! Hi Everybody! First I'd Like to say hello to y'all (first post :D!). It looks fun around here. I think i'll be posting a lot more.
I grew up listening to Joe, My dad recorded the '92 Sevilla expo, and ever since it came on, I watched it many many times. i was 2yo at the time, but fascinated by Joe's Music. I praise myself lucky for knowing such great music for whole my life. I know I'm still young (turn 18 on march 23 ;))But I can always say I have been a fan of Joe since being a baby. Always with Me, Always with you was, and stil is my favourite song, especially like it was performed in Sevilla. Brings back so many memories...

And now, 2008, I can't wait for the new album! I can see i'm not the only one :P. i will be watching every podcast, counting down to april 1st. I love the title, It has a really cool swing. just say it: 'Professor Satchafunkilus and the musterion of rock' and you'll see what I mean. I especially like: Professor Satchafunkilus. that just sounds too cool!

Also, the new vox pedal, satchurator, looks and sounds like a beautiful monster. I'd love to lay my 'toes' on that one ;). The color is really sleek, love the red with the beige knobs. Really looking forward to the next pedal!

Thanks to anybody that wants to be thanked ;), and the Best wishes to everybody!

Yannick

GUITAR ADVICE?

Just purchased an Ibanez RG350 EX Guitar, with the 3 Piece WIzard Neck. Wasn't sure wich Guitar to go for, I find that most Standard Guitars I have trouble with the Necks thickness, therefore the Store Owner recommended the "Wizard Neck" Models.

Was this a good choice? Anybody own one here, or previously owned one?

I have always liked the Ibanez Guitars over other makes, which is why I picked this one.

Hi, I'm new to satriani.com but have been a big satch fan for years. Joe, it was a combination of your, Steve Vai's, and Yngwie Malmsteen's music that has slowed my thoughts of suicide. You music is so unique, and it will never get old. Looking foward to you playin in Birmingham soon, got the tickets yesterday, but don't do a Vai and turn up late lol. See you later.

Clarky - yeah, has been. I've only had time to drop on now and again much like yourself. Will drop you an e-mither. Things seem to be going from strength to strength for you (and rightly so)... good times!

Blue Moon - you download that software and recover your files from the memory card?

Webby - are the podcasts going to be in QT or flash. It's been great having them in QT so you could save them, but I notice the switch to flash for the current update. Any danger of the album ones in multi format?

gruskada - shame you have to go, as like Stu says, your posts are always interesting and fun. You really can't stay? Or come back in another guise? Maybe a new nick like "I am not gruskada - honest"... something subtle like that?

Andy of UK - thanks, about to tune in!

Carlpenn - you might want to post that on www.jemsite.com as well?

Joe - say hi to the T2J board when you're on the phone to birmingham in a moment won't ya : )
