Stu Art Hamm,

Great to hear from you and glad to hear that things are going well with the tour and everything. Please tell Joe and the crew I said hello.

Hey Everyone,

Bad news. I cannot do the 10K run because of work. I told my boss (weeks in advance) that I was pre-registered for this race. He said that he needed me desperately because by far, I am probably one of the best workers for him. I told him that I would sacrafice my race. To be honest, I can't turn him down because he is not just my boss, but outside of work, he is my best friend. Hey, I would do anything for him. We had our opening of the new Holiday Inn on Friday. I have to serve, host, be cashier, and do room service all this week. My boss/friend really trusts me a lot.

Do the Stu/Out of the Setlist: Hope things are going well with you. It looks like I will not be getting a day off anytime soon. It is non-stop work for me, but that is okay. I should be happy that I have this job. How are things going out there for you?

js1200js1000: What is up man!? Haven't heard from you in a while. I figured you were probably busy. Let me know what is up man.

ZuperDave: How are you doing man? Are you and the family doing well? I hope I get the CD. That reminds me, you said you will add the other CD? I should at least pay for that as well. Prayers to you and your family.

echausse: Whoa!!! That is so cool that you knew Joe from a while back and you were a former neighbor to him as well. How are things going with you and what is it that you do for a living? I saw you got back from Atlanta and I was just wondering. I do hospitality work for two hotels in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Guitarman77897: I know you have to wait until Christmas, but that is what makes it more exciting. I am thinking about getting that Vox Satchurator for my best friend for Christmas. He has a JS100 in white so it would be wicked and baaddaassss to have that Satchurator to go with it.

hybes: Sorry for your loss (father in law). Prayers to you and your family during this time. Man, you are right. Life is short.

Well, I gotta run. I have to head on in to work and serve and do cashiering. Stu, again, great to hear from you and best of luck to you, Joe, and the crew. Please write back (including Joe and everyone)!!! See ya for now.

They're not lame they're tame! over here especially if ur at the front u get people squahed trying to sneak into the front row pushing ya and annoying ya for ages, even in germany for a Joe show it was amazing no one pushing fighting doing anything jsut trusty germans standing in their own space was great, but the worst gig was for steve vai it was insane for squashy-ness

had a fucked up dream last night joe had a tight haircut and i was in his house with some people and joe put a holland soccer match on tv? was fucked up, sleepings gone all weird lately

on a good note its much easier to record lead guitar in pro tools, cross fading in pro tools is the best invention invented ever

and that cell phone i have rocks, have it 5 years, ive to take the button off and turn it on with a screw driver, but once u keep it charged u never have to do it, still works aok

Now for some Oriental Melody :D

GlitzMan...Thanks....we're getting by ok. We have some small jobs coming up and I have about 40 hours docked so..we're hanging in there.

Actually the autographed item is just the sleeve of the CD case...no CD. Joe signed a few hundred I think? I bought the "Is There Love in Space" CD on the internet and it came with the extra autographed sleeve. And I hope you win also. As of now you're the only bidder...lol.

Sounds like you're a dedicated worker. We could use more like you up here..

Hey Joe....

Can't wait until November 14th in Reno. It'll be my first live show. I know it's gonna be kick *ss!!!. You know Joe, all my firends think I look a lot like you (with sunglases on) so don't get freaked out if you see a guy on the casino floo before the show! Not being a techi-type person, I don't know if we can post pics. Anyway, looking forward to it.

Joe you did an wonderful job of playing and involving the whole house. We were in the back of second balcony, but at times it seemed we were front row. Thank you.

Stu, awesome solo while the others took a break! Very light hearted and entertaining.

Keep it up!

And so the working week starts in Melbourne......a bit of Joe on the iPod on the way into work, a check of the lovely, fuzzy warm posts about his concerts over the weekend, and off I go.

Do The Stu - OK I'm an idiot - which one are you in the photo?? The guy with the long curly hair? Though I seem to recall from the video of the interview you did with Joe that you are quite tall and have short hair - you'll have to point yourself out.

So envious of all of you seeing Joe. Have a great time, all, and FYI the Melbourne crowd went nuts. I went to Joe's gig with 2 sprained ankles and had to sit in one of the booths half way down the hall but that turned out to be a good thing as they are raised about 50 cm higher than the front of the Forum and I could see without anybody's head in front of me. Somehow neither ankle hurt as I rocked all night, my brother and I were jumping up and down when Joe and Stu were, (you know that pogo thing they do) it was great.

Al, long story but the short version is, we are having a major extension of our house and back in July the excavators etc were all there to dig the foundations of the new part, so our front yard was mud, literally, because they were going up and down our driveway and also flattened most of the front garden, and it was winter here.

I totally forgot and shot out the front door to go to work at 7 am, realised I couldn't get to my car and decided to cross some garden beds to get out. Not a good idea in super high heels, with a 20kg laptop bag and handbag. I was off work for 4 days and had to wear flats to go see Joe.
