Hola Seņor Satriani :)
Feel,... love,... and live every single note we get from your precious gift. Thank you for sharing it.
Best regards from your audience at Morelia, Michoacan, MEXICO.
This is my first post to the forum.
As you know, we are now warming up engines awaiting for your next visit to our country. Have been ready for a while now to make the 200 mi trip from here to Mexico City to reach you.
I have a deep doubt I expect the webmaster, someone in your staff or near you could dissipate:
Your tour schedule includes two mexican show dates (August 12, 13 2008), nevertheless, Ticketmaster is advertising only one of them (August 12). Customer service informs that the show promoter has confirmed only the first and not the second date. So, will we be able to see you twice or only once here?
Thanks and blessings to you and your audience all around the crystal planet ;)
Ismael.

tracie..that guitar Joe is playing in that vid is a Steve Morse signature..loved the "Anya" one too..."The Battle Rages On" album rocks...Richie played on it...then Joe joined..if my memory serves me...I also remember thinking back then...that Joe would perhaps be a permanent member of DP..because "Time Machine" had only been out a short time...and we weren't sure what direction his career would go..he just didn't seem that widely known as he is now...but however he comes to make music...i'm happy with it...happy indeed..!! happy mommy day to everyone...!!

Hi Joe, just wanted to tell you THANK YOU for comming to Venezuela... I have my premiun tickets already and I hope to get great tickets for the concert which are not for sell yet.
I am checking the link everyday to buy them considering that I live in Valencia (2 hours distance of Caracas) and I think that Sambil Theatre is not so big at all for your audience.
I was waiting to see you live since I was 16, now I have 33, I started to play guitar at 14.
Keep doing your stuff...

Looks like auditions for this band went well! They seem very interested in having me join the band and will be meeting up with them later this week for rehearsals. I'm really excited about joining this band. It's not the usual stuff I play. It will be new for me to be working with a female vocalist, she's got an amazing voice and some really nice songs. Her band is more along the lines of pop/rock without the cheese factor.
Anyone in the NJ/Philly area should come check us out or even turn on the radio once in a while. They've already got an album out, are being played on the radio, not only that but they're getting requests to be played on the radio, and have a few shows booked for the next two or three months.
A quick question for the musicians on here... I need to buy a new acoustic, preferably an acoustic/electric. Any suggestions? I'd like to keep it under $1000, so anything in the $0-$1000 price range.

Cube - I've never heard of Larrivee before, I'll have to look them up. I got a few suggestions for acoustics from this guy I met while I was trying out different acoustics. He was recommending me stuff like Froggy Bottom guitars, but I'm not looking to go all out and spend $2000+ on just one guitar. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll look into them.
I tried an Ovation at a friends studio when I was recording some guitar tracks for him. It sounded alright, but I didn't like the guitar. It had a small neck and I can't stand that bowl-back. It's very slippery seems a little odd to me. I'd like to stick to a small-medium sized acoustic. Not looking for something with a huge body.
