Hi back Steven, hope today was much better for you, especially since I know Bahduh is okay and has contacted you by now. Your prayers were answered!

Stevee T, ummmmmmmmm, hmmmmm, are you okay or spacing out again!!! Whatever!! Have a very Happy New Year!

Joe &/or Webmaster, any updates on how Joe is doing? Getting any better? I don't think anyone expects Joe to post here when he's sick, but we would probably all feel better to get a little update on his progress.....Matt, Jeff, Galen? Any of you have any news you can share? Thanks!! And I sure hope none of you got sick too, especially Matt who talked into Joes' mic the first night of concerts......you might have "Joe-germs" now!! :)

Powerslave214: mp3's come in different kbit rates, which dramatically affect the sound of the tune. mp3 players like the ipod probably play diff rates. Anything less than 256kbit per sec file will sound degraded and tinny. Try finding some larger headphones too, that'll make it sound fatter.

Clarky: Thanks for the history of dog balls haha! That's more or less what I thought the phrase meant. Do you have any more coloquial phrases that might seem odd to Americans?

Civgeek...so sorry we didn't get to meet in San Francisco, but believe it or not our two days of EWJS concert activities took up most of our time! The first day was spent driving to San Fran, finding the hotel to check in, change and head out to the venue. The next day we spent time hunting down an umbrella (duh, should have taken one!!) and a guitar store as my son was missing playing his guitars, so had to go get him a "quick fix". Then change again and back to the venue to stand in the rain so we could get a good spot at the stage! Both nights we didn't get back to the hotel until around 12:30, didn't think you'd want to meet us for coffee that time of night!

So yeah, will definitely have to meet up at Vai's concert in April! Glad to know you made it home safe and sound!

Wow; too many posts for me to read, so I didn't bother... lol

Anyway, I trust we all had a nice Christmas!? As usual, I ate and drank far too much. You know when you eat so much you just have to go and sleep? That happens to me every year. A first this year, however, was that I won the annual Morgan Family Trivial Pursuit Saga. It took me three hours and forty five minutes, but eventually I got all six pieces of pie and made it back to the middle of the board. Have it!!! lol

And so now it is New Year's Eve, which is nice. Plenty more merriment to be had, so have a good one everybody!!!

I still can't quite believe how futuristic 2005 sounds. It seems like only yesterday that I was fifteen and thinking "Oh, man - the year 2000. That sounds weird, and I'm finally gonna be sixteen!!" And now, tomorrow marks the start of 2005 and I'm finally gonna be 21!!!!!!! The past few years have just flown by.

Clarky - Did you get my text about a new mobile number?

Hey Guys..................

I hope that you've had a good Xmas.

I'm stunned by the earthquake disaster, got a friend in the Maldives and one in Thailand at the moment so positive thoughts for them and all of the people effected by the power of nature. It's been amazing to see the Xmas spirit becoming real through all the world pulling together and donating / helping however they can.

Joe Hope that you're better soon man, I bet that you are gutted to have to cancel the gigs, but rest up and get well properly.

Happy New Year!!! to the rest of you, I wish everybody all the best for 2005.

See ya soon :-)

JsJensSormeland - I think you may be referring to the Ibanez 'Crystal Planet' guitar. It was made of luthite, and was transparent. Very cool, but it weighed a tonne...
