Has anyone got any opinions on the JP musicman guitars?
I'm in the process of working on a new song with a keyboard player that's called "Punkin' Disorderly" that's kind of a joke about crappy music these days. It should have some cool soloing, and a section that is remeniscent of the bicycle race portion of Queen's "Bicycle" I'm pretty excited to record it. BTW, if anyone other than Stuclone wants a copy of a preliminary mix of a funny funk tune I did with this same keyboard guy, drop me a line and I'll send you an mp3

I was supposed to attend the show in Chicago at the Riveria Theater, but i got caught in traffic for about 2 1/2 hours on the John F. Kennedy highway. I drove from WIU in macomb,IL should have only taken us 4 hours to get there took us 8 hours because of the traffic jam. When i got to the gig i could not find a damn parking space. I drove around the block for around a half-hour. I been waiting for this concert to see Joe, Steve, and Yngwie for about 4 years and i lost the chance to see. I'm really disappointed. I would love to hear something back from the guys to cheer my sprits up if would be much appreciated. I just wasted 100 dollars on these tickets for nothing. I know you guys are busy with the tour and everything so if you can't i understand. Keep up the good work with the music!! Hope to catch you guys sometime soon. Wish you could come back to the midwest again!! Thanks for the inspiration Joe!! Todd K. Edwards
P.S. If the webmaster could see that this get's to Joe I would really feel grateful, but i understand you probley get alot of these messages from people

Geez, playing with a clik track and still nothing?? That's a tough one indeed. I'd say keep playing along with the click, or drum machine. Strum some chords, practice some scales in time with the click. Just do it on a consistant basis. Be patient,
and you should be able to get a sense and feel for timing. Some just have to work harder at things than others. I'm no expert, just trying to help.
Yeah that Vai acoustic looks nice!! I'd like to play try one out. I'm sure it will be a quality Guitar.

Ovation - heh, sorry for stealing your thunder ;).. People can send their money to M 'n' M Inc., 32 Furious Lane, Some Swedish City. We'll meet up there in a year and divy up the quid ;)...
All this Rush talk made me whip out the old Chronicle cds... listening to them now. Man they rock!
962 - Unfortunately, there were barely any AT100's made... around 500 I think. They are pretty rare, and most are in Japan. The "kind of" good news is, sometime soon, the AT200 will be released in Japan. This isn't as good as an international release, but it might be possible to get one through ebay or something. Hope that helps...
Jon Webmeister - Glad to see you back, thanks for the updates!
Alexandre - Glad you had a good time watching Greg Bissonette!
Quito - lol... I'll see what I can come up with.
Flying through his scales and licks,
Under the influence, he kicks his picks.
Right out of Sweden, is what they've claimed,
Yngwie's been unleashed, and he won't be tamed!
That took awhile... I might come up with another one in the future though. Quito, you unleashed my love for poetry ;)...
Lizarking - Sorry to hear about that man...
Wow, I had no idea those fires in California were that bad. Stay safe everybody!

Geddy Lee's full name is "Gary Hyper-Intelligent-Mega-Being-From-A-Distant-Planet"... which makes him Mike Keneally's brother in my book.
WEBMASTER why have we had NO response about the cover for the tribute CD? You Joe & Mick haven't responded... this thing would have been out there MONTHS AGO making money for a great cause had one of you only said "we can't comment, Sony won't let us" or "sorry, we're too busy" or whatever. PLEASE SOMEBODY tell us why you ignored our pleas for help!!!!!!!!!!!!! We even got permission from the guy who took the photo!!!!!!

Chris Peters I think the Ernie Ball/ Music Man JP guitars are fantastic. i was going to get one, but I found a JS that I really like at a portion of the cost.
Speaking of my JS, how collectable are the pre-2003 JS 100's? I dont think much at all, but you never know.

Is it me, or is Chromeboy slowly getting retired? I've seen many recent pics of Joe and he's not playing it much. Does that new cyan-looking guitar have a name? it looks pretty cool. I think Joe should bring back Electric Rainbow and Donnie. ( I think elec. ranibow was stolen, but im not too sure.)

cool ice 9: I'll be at the clear water show. The 30th of Oct. And yes I'm going to thank her in a very special way. I was thinking of bringing her to a broad way play, phantom of the opera probably, and afterwards go ice skating, and at night have a nice dinner in little Italy where I'll be giving her lets say a very nice ring lol. What do you guys think? Nice?

JimboJim, how's it going Bro'? Long time no see......A while back I went out and bought a Concertmate keyboard/piano at Radio Shack for about $80....I bought it mainly for the 100 rythym tracks that were included. I've spent a lot of time playing along to those tracks mostly to improve my improvisation abilities. The added bonus was that it improved my timing and tempo one hundred-fold. Just an idea from an old buddy :) Take care chief.....
