hoiguy79 - I forget which model Joe was using previously, but I think he wanted one of the channels modified to have more gain or something. Marshall refused, but Peavey obliged. Ask someone like Do The Stu for more details; he's a fountain of information for all things Joe Satriani related.

Michelle:
A word of advise.Never give your old plates to someone else.DMV holds previous info on all plates issued over the last few years just to watch for fraudulent plates. However,if your registration for that plate has been canceled,it is no good. However,if someone slaps it on their car & gets caught,it will come back to you.[br
I don't understand why you couldn't have had that plate's regi transfered to the new car.
Pennsylvainia has some pretty strict laws.If you know the person well & know he or she will not try to use the plate,go ahead only after considering the previous reasons I gave you.I'd hate to see you burn for someone else's stupidity.

Hoiguy79 -

Marshall doesn't generally do custom mods for players, they're pretty much "the standard designs are what you get". Luckily, their standard designs are pretty awesome. :-)

I, too, was shocked when Satch switched from Marshalls to Peaveys, I mean, my personal belief is that ALL God's children should use Marshalls and don't know that I could ever give up mine for Peaveys, but these are definitely NOT the Peavey guitar amps that we (I) grew up with. Saw him last night in Atlanta and, as usual, Joe had amazingly good tone. I had heard that he was looking for somebody to do a signature amp for him and Peavey was the company that was willing so....they wound up making him a pretty good amp from what I heard last night.

Zinc Master I have Dish network at home and it includes the Sirius radio stations. I must admit the station are great, with many to choose from. They play everyone not just your typical Top 40. I've heard old Rush songs, Satriani, and George Lynch played. You just have to select which type of music to listen to and tune in.

Just in case you scan this Joe, I wanted to say thanks to you and the band for putting on a great show last night in Atlanta. It was the second time I've caught you live, and once again you made the concert experience fantastic with a passionate performance and a monster set list that goes well beyond the call of duty relative to most musical artists. Your music has been an inspiration to me for over my half my life as well as serving as one of the primary soundtracks to my life. I wish y'all best of luck and much fun on the remainder of the tour.

jblaze, that would be Joe. Can I trust him? lol! Don't know what I'm going to do. Have him sign it and keep it, or sign it myself and give it to him. LOL! It would be a good conversation piece, that's for sure.

JEMFESTradio (JOE SATRIANI) interview

SUBMIT QUESTIONS

I still can hardly believe it but it will happen... JEMFESTradio will talk to "JOE SATIANI" !!! This will be a special moment for me in my life since Joe is one of the main reasons why I am still fighting for making a living with music and the reason why I play guitar anyways since I saw him play satch boogie once on MTV promoting the Extremist album. A couple of days later I had a guitar in my hand.

So what you guys will listen to is a TRUE fan talking to his hereo and I would like to ask you for your help by sending me in some questions at ricky@jemfest.com. The interview is set for the 23rd October and Joe if you read this you are the BEST and on behalf from Jemfest and the charity we like to THANK YOU so much for this great honor!!

Feeling kinda down today...this weekends work load is kinda forboding...I have 32 slides worth of ICT to do which is an ass load of frames in flash...I got to redraft 2 commentaries for my english coursework, im making an automated form for a guys website, spraying my guitar...and I get "Fable" tomorrow...which i have been waiting for, for 3 years...and I'm gonna have no time to play it...oh what a world lol

I overheard my friend saying I was the fastest shredder in the college today, kind of cool for him to tell people bout' me but I dunno if people frown upon shredding or what lol...either way I'm trying to cut back on it so I can learn other techniques or perfect ones I'm crap at, such as sweep picking lol

cuthbert1776.Hi friend, please excuse me for being so direct..I,ve a Q...how do you feel about secret covert organisations in the U.S?....If i may, its a subject i find personally interesting & unnerving at the same time, kind of hard t read between the lines the best of times but when people start talking about energy from the vacuum a la “zero-point energy” or as its come t be known Over Unity energy...my ears are perked.

Both you and Clarky come across as people that are well read and so i,d like t ask y both what y make of this..For me its serious science being suppressed so the elite can rule the planet through oil.I,ll stop there because this is a JS forum & i dont want t bore anyone over what is an extremely important science t me.
