McChelle....The cold up here is very deceiving also. Especially for first-timers who don't realize how cold it is until their earlobes turn white (next stage is frostbite) after being outside for 5 minutes. And then you go inside to thaw them out and you get hit with excruciating pain. I learned my lesson the first (and only) time.

Need a laugh?

Happy Halloween! - That ones for you Chrisperito Tostito!

GO PHILLIES!

Al, I don't remember seeing any Ireland shots in WTWTA.

Chadley, quit yer yellin'!

McDave, I remember being that cold when I was a kid (though not Minn. cold! - that's insanity!). We'd stay outside forever in the snow. By the time we got home, we were so wet and cold that we could barely move. Once we got all the snow clothes and layers off and started thawing out - bloody hell! I remember trying everything to make that pain go away. lol! You just had to wait for it, and eventually you'd warm up again. That could be why my hands are so sensitive to the cold now. Hell, just getting a bottle of Jager out of the freezer and pouring a shot has my fingers stinging like mad. It's quick pain too! lol! It doesn't take a while for it to set in, it's almost instant upon touching anything that cold or frozen. When I see contests where people have to hold onto a block of ice, and the last one still touching it wins - I don't know how they do it. lol! I'd be out within one minute.

Set yer clocks back tonight peeps of the U.S.

ugh! Phillies are gettin' spanked.

Hiya'll, (that comes from the North Carolina side of the family)

Halloween is very quiet around here. That's what happens when one lives in a townhome community. Oh, well. I need to call me younger sister to find out how things went for my nephew and niece. Teenage brother usually takes his 6-year-old sister out trick or treating in their neighborhood. I wonder what she decided to dress up as this year. She is so into princesses, mermaids and nymphs.

I'm so f*#king tired of Leprechauns, 4-leaf clovers, blarney stones, Lucky Charms cereal and Irish Spring soap as symbols of Ireland, I could scream! So I'm educating myself by checking Wikipedia, books in my local library and whatever I can find to give meself a proper education of the Republic of Ireland. What I have read so far puts the U.S.A. to shame. It is a much more liberal country and more people and animal friendly place. I'm tired of bullshit about green parties and orange parties and rubbish like that. I thought that was all history. Anyway, I hope US President Obama and Irish President Mary McAleese get to meet each other and form a peace and environmental treaty. I must be a luni because a President of the USA isn't the same as a President in Ireland because of the differences between parlimentary countries and our congressional country. Ireland is amazing anyway. It has 26 counties on such a small island....I'm a little jealous and more amazed at such a place.....WOW!

Today :-) Add more to the copies you already have, and get a dvd to boot! Shoulda had BBTW on the first cd. I'm gonna buy this one simply for that - and the dvd. Now I'll have 3 feckin' CF cd;s. *sigh*

Deluxe DVD/CD version coming Nov 1!

We're happy to announce that coming November 1 is an exclusive Deluxe Limited Edition of the Chickenfoot album. More details are still to come, but the for now the quick summary is:

* CD includes all 12 tracks (including Bitten By The Wolf)

* DVD includes an hour of new video footage featuring videos for every song including live performances from Montreux Jazz Festival (Soap on a Rope, Sexy Little Thing & Down The Drain), and exclusive footage from the road, in rehearsal, and in the recording studio. Both official music videos for "Oh Yeah" and "Soap On A Rope" are also included.
