That was the amp I got to play before Joe came out. I can't help but think that I jinxed it.
Ya. It's great up here. No place else that i'd rather be. Poulsbo is just 20 min from here. The little Scandinavian Town.

Joe Satriani please man....i'm begging you, please come to Oregon on your "Evening with Joe" tour, i have never seen you by yourself live...i love the G3's but it would be amazing to see you play a solo tour. if it doesn't work out and you can't make it to Oregon or damn close to it then i hope you can do like a webcast or something so i can see you play these new songs (and all the other fans that can't see you)!!! also might i add, on your next DVD, you put the songs "WHY" and "Crushing Day" on it....and it would be a huge bonus if you put "If I Could Fly" on it too!! thanks for reading this and taking it into consideration!

Do The Stu I whole heartedly agree with your suggestion my good sir and wouldn't mind at all if it went ahead...my only request is that it went ahead overseas as well :0)

Michelle hehehe not only that but Dave has an excellent website.

Optical Studio Excellent point...I'm gonna' do the lizard if I think it looks a rubbish I can just spray over it again lol.

Its 7:43am...I'm up so early after taking Nytol to help me sleep...only an hour or so to go before I am in my media class either having a nice civilized lesson, or having the proverbial piss ripped out of me by my teacher with sarcastic comments and so on lol...we'll see....

Ovation1, how are you dude? Hope everything's ok in your part of the world! 'Tis the season for crazy weather, fahlalala la laalaalaaaaa.
Trutina, WHERE ARE YOU?!?

It's a shame to not see Bil around anymore, I sincerely hope he's ok. I kinda miss those daily quotes of interesting social figureheads or funny things that similar people have said. I learned so much about Winston Churchill and Ronald Reagan!

Joe.. we all love ya, man.. but why is it that you can only get platinum fan packages in the US?

Im sure there are plenty people in Europe (esp Scotland!) that would love to do the whole VIP thang and possibly meet you.. I'd pay £200 for it!

Its bad karma that all the Americans get all the good stuff.. signed CDs if you pre-order (which I tried to do, but you can only do it thru the US stores and they won't ship to the UK), platinum packages, an evening with Joe etc.. am I going to have to emmigrate in order to take advantage of these great things?!

C'mon Joe.. get your management to sort out some European goodies for your millions of fans outside the US :)

Good things to you and your family..

Dave

Zenfish: haha I meant heavy metal and also funky kind of latin beats. A friend of mine is from Costa Rica and all he plays is reggae, salsa etc. so I'm getting into stuff like that too. We all jam together on the drum kit and hand drums. My favourite styles are heavy rock and metal however.

Bahduh/Jelly: West Indies beat Pakistan! England vs West Indies for the final eh?

Ricky Ponting won't be playing in the Indian Test tour due to injury. This makes the contest even more interesting!

Later all, I'll probably be here tomorrow I guess. (Saturday).

I am a civil engineer. (Well, civil most of the time anyway).

Pastafarian, now we realize what a great nickname you have, Mr Liguini, glad to see that you are taking the time to investigate the musicians more thoroughly than just the one track that appears on "Satchurated" I am sure that you agree they are all great. I go to NYC a couple of times a year. Where is your restaurant?? Welcome again to T2J.. We always need a little added spice here. Who are your fave keys players? What do you think about Vitalij Kuprij and Derek Sherinian?? What do you think about Tony Macalpine? A Monster on keys and guitar???

A little boy comes down to breakfast. Since they live on a farm, his mother asks if he had done his chores."Not yet," said the little boy.

His mother tells him no breakfast until he does his chores. Well, he's a little pissed, so he goes to feed the chickens, and he kicks a chicken. He goes to feed the cows, and he kicks a cow. He goes to feed the pigs, and he kicks a pig. He goes back in for breakfast and his mother gives him a bowl of dry cereal.

"How come I don't get any eggs and bacon? Why don't I have any milk in my cereal?" he asks.

"Well," his mother says, "I saw you kick a chicken, so you don't get any eggs for a week. I saw you kick the pig, so you don't get any bacon for a week either. I also saw you kick the cow, so for a week you aren't getting any milk."

Just then, his father comes down for breakfast and kicks the cat halfway across the kitchen. The little boy looks up at his mother with a smile, and says, "Are you going to tell him, or should I?"

John was an old man. He was sick and in the hospital. There was one young nurse that just drove him crazy. Every time she came in, she would talk to him like he was a little child.

She would say in a patronizing tone of voice, "And how are we doing this morning, or are we ready for a bath, or are we hungry?"

Old John had had enough of this particular nurse. One day, Old John had breakfast, pulled the juice off the tray, and put it on his bed side stand.

He had been given a urine bottle to fill for testing. The juice was apple juice. So .. you know where the juice went!

The nurse came in a little later, picked up the urine bottle and looked at it. "My, but it seems we are a little cloudy today ."

At this, Old John snatched the bottle out of her hand, popped off the top, and drank it down, saying, "Well, I'll run it through again. Maybe I can filter it better this time."

The nurse fainted ...!

Old John just smiled!

DON'T MESS WITH OLD PEOPLE!!!!

Michelle: The buzz is still there, but I want more, more MORE!!! Seriously, watching Metallica live says is proof that there is a God out there, somewhere. Actually, since they are that old and cannot come up with good material anymore, it proves that there is a shit tonne of money out there. To Metallica, Money = God. Very interchangable. Megadeth is on tour this year too! yippee!

Mikesb - glad you mentions Vitalij. Vitalij is the Yngwie among keyboard players. Extreme Measures and Forward and Beyond are works or art. Since you are a guitarist (seems like it), have you heard Lars Eric Mattson? If you have not heard of him, visit his website for some sound clips. Derek Sherinian is an all time favorite. Have you heard of the french Genius Michael Cretu? He is out there too. And if you want to visit Il Palazzo, we are located on Mulberry. 151 to be exact. Please stop by and let me know when you come!

Phrydom - Thanks to you! I have the CD playing everyday at work. I have added Graham Shackelford's song to our muzak collection. It is beautiful to listen to with a cup of cold milk and a margarita pizza with basil.

Dragonchild - Its a nice choice to buy the T2J cd. It is a gem among all the disposable music being recorded today.

I believe someone should email Guitar World or Guitar One a copy of this CD. Has anyone ever done anything like this before? I really do not recall. Rolling Stone would be a better place because they favor indie artists. With this being a charity CD, it will go through very smoothly.

~Siro
