Wow michelle, that was really sweet of you to do that for Kayla!....
michelle sure is a class act and really takes care of the Satch Family, lol, that is why we call her Mom :-) She took care of a bunch of us a few years ago with signed Christmas cards (from G3) from Joe and Steve.... They didnt take the tour overseas, so michelle brought the tour to us!! :-) She is amazing, it surpised the skiznit out of us!!....
michelle for G3 :-)

I just started a new 3D project today, no reason really...just had an idea that required me to practice texturing more and I think it'll be a good idea to just go for it. I'm planning on making a very f*cked up guitar workshop where the guitars are made from a mixture of wood and animal and human body parts in a dark and sinister environment.
I'll keep you updated on it, but so far what I've done is looking quite promising :-)

Satriella:We chilled in Tarragona just down from Barcelona, nice hotel 4 star job, but ironically it was slap bang middle of the most religious procession of the year bein easter weekend so we had drums & people running around with jesus on their shoulders for 3 days.Did the sightseein bit but missed out the town neon lit "i,m a tourist" choo choo tour, we chose to watch people giving out and pushing each other out the way to get on board the train from the room window over a beer which inspired me to write my next instrumental Stupid C**t.
Was great to recharge the batts, but wont be visiting Tarragona again, it has a wierd hopeless buzz around it & the beach sucks, no lil beach bars like Barcelona, only tacky tourist restaurants with high priced bad food *shivers* Howz the form with you hon?

Hello fellow Satri-ites!
God bless Joe, Eric and thier bands!!!
We got to see Satch and crew and the ever amazing Eric Johnson and crew at the Tower Theater in the wonderfull city of kind hearted EAGLES fans!! yeah right..
We had great seats 2 rows from stage left, right in front of the air guitar playing drunk(he must have been an Eagles fan too! thought he was in the 700s level at the old Vet Stadium)
Any way many thanks to the bands and crew for putting on a spectacular show.
I've seen many bands live and witnessed many great guitar players, but holy sh*t!!!!! Eric was just amazing. That was the first time I saw Eric, and I was awe stricken! My jaw hit the floor and I shook my head in amazement as I heard the tones and felt the dynamics of his virtuous artform! I liked how he handled the screaming heckler in the balcony!
A great tigh sounding, well oiled trio....similar to that canadian trio I've been going to see for 20 years that haven't played Hemispheres all the way through...yet...
As for Joe and crew.....well , that was the 3rd tour I caught and I haven't been disappointed yet, probably never will either.
Clearly Joe, Eric and crew are men lucky enough who love what they do, and the passion shows clearly, with every note played every night to talent seeking fans who are witnessing the music industry, well, starve fans who are hungering to hear such great talents.
Keep up the great work!

Hallo Joe,
I’m Felix Ehrhardt, a young guitar player from Bavaria in Germany.
Sorry, for my phrase… Surely there are some mistakes. Freetranslation.com is a big aid. :-) Whatever.
Well, first I wanted to say that you are my largest example in view of playing the guitar and humility. I admire you each time if I hear to your songs - and I hear it almost continuously. I’m looking forward to see you in Ulm in June…
I’ve got about 170 Tracks and all Joe Satriani CDs, some DVDs and a big “The Extremist”-poster from the tour ’92 when you played in Hannover is grazing my room. As a matter of course I’m trying to emulate your style and play to your songs in so much that I’m able to. Is that a right clause?? No savvy… :-)
I’ve got a exceptional question, that’s the reason why I’m writing you.
In your solos, you sometimes make this whistling tones with your tremolo which sounds like a spaceship start. I have no idea how it works. I was looking to some videos on the internet and my DVDs, but….. Is the Whammy part of the sound, or some artificial flageolets? Hmm….. Only your hands are around the tremolo.
I know, it’s a amusing question, but I love this effect, which is coming out of a guitar.
Maybe you’ve got some minutes to make short work of my fidget. :-)
I’m looking forward to hearing from you…
Yours faithfully,
Felix Ehrhardt
PS:
This is a link, on which you can download some songs I wrote:
[link url="http://soundgarage.antenne.de/band.php?searchid=33115]
I’m sure, you haven’t plenty of time to listen some slightly stuff like this, but I expect by any means… It’s a short login… hmm…
Bye
