Why english is a pain to learn
The bandage was wound around the wound.
The farm was used to produce produce.
The dump was so full that it had to refuse more refuse.
He could lead if he would get the lead out.
The soldier decided to desert his dessert in the desert.
Since there is no time like the present, he thought it was time to present the present.
A bass was painted on the head of the bass drum.
When shot at, the dove dove into the bushes.
A seamstress and a sewer fell down into a sewer line.
The insurance was invalid for the invalid.
There was a row among the oarsmen about how to row.
They were too close to the door to close it.
The buck does funny things when the does are present.
To help with planting, the farmer taught his sow to sow.
The wind was too strong to wind the sail.
After a number of injections my jaw got number.
Upon seeing the tear in the painting I shed a tear.
I had to subject the subject to a series of tests.
How can I intimate this to my most intimate friend?

My man, Steve put on "Come on Baby" so I think he wants to talk and cuddle.

Hello, Mr. Satriani.
When it comes to music, I've always been interested in virtuosity, creativity, clarity, and indepencence. As a result of being raised on Classical, Baroque, and some Romantic music, I have never been too attracted to words - only instrumental compositions. Therefore, as a young guy growing up in Forest Hills, NY (you and I are the same age, incidentally), I always listened to instrumental music, such as, Focus, Yes, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Genesis, and newer instrumental jazz. Approx. one year ago I happened to hear "One Big Rush" and I was instantly moved!! I had to hear more, so I purchased all of the CDs available, one or two at a time. I enjoy your style very much. My wife and kids think I'm nuts, but that's OK.
Then I purchased two DVDs - "G3" and "Live" recorded at The Grove in Anaheim (May, 2006). Very impressive work. However, I'm not a big fan of the MTV-created two second shots, jumping around all over the stage. I prefer to see all artists, and focus in on any of them when I want to, not when the camera forces me to. We miss some of the good riffs because the director does not know the music, or because of the perception that everyone loves the quick jumping around of the camera angles.
Will there be more DVDs coming out from your latest 2008 Tour? If so, when? I'm Looking forward to more of your work!
All the best to you and your family, and to those in your inner circle. And Merry Christmas!
Walt

Hi Mr. Joe! Hope all is well. I wanna let you know what a big fan I am of your art. I have always wanted to play the guitar ever since I heard Aerosmith and Metallica.I then heard the Crush of Love on the radio and after that I was hooked. You play what I have searched for on the guitar.Melodies that soar, lagatos that run for ever, speed that spins my mind, and all of it with great passion. You are indeed my all time favorite guitarist.I could go on and on but i'll make it short.I want to buy the JS1000 in white.i wanna have all of the exact specs as yours.I know that your Black Dog has a Original Edge and the JS1000 has the Pro Edge.Is the Pro as good as the original in your opinion?

Mr Satriani,
Quick question. I attended the Nov 14th performance at the Legacy in Reno.
However, I was late getting off work and my friend, who was already there, said I missed the opener. I walked in as the initial crunch of "Satch Boogie" was taking place but he said the opener was maybe the best one of the set(His opinion)but, did NOT know the name of it.
Do you remember? LOL...
PS> The "Ghosts" song was out of sight and Stu's interpretation of "Going to California" by Zep was an unexpected treasure. I can see where these might become staples for future sessions.
Remember, if it's too loud, your too old...Rock On.
