Wow, even the couple songs I didn't care for much at first are starting to grow on me after a few listens. Great album me thinks.
Grampy Steve: I know what you mean about Pyrrhic Victoria sounding familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. Jeez I hope it's not a coldplay song ;-)

...HELLO!My formula has the bombardier team seal of approoval hey man well john who own sthe shell sation in town I called him when I got back from the Yukon and said we need to fill up everything man and make this look like it,s never been out.So he brought SHELL GAS AND OIL FILLED EVERYTHING UPhe sais just let me see this thing wears the key! so he starts it up they use to seell johnson snowmobiles hey and evinrude when I race for outboard marine corpoartoin now i race for bombardier it was tansfered man anyways he fired her up man he sais holy fouck man this is the nicest fouckn snowmachine i have ever seen man.He said it is the fastest in the world man but it so smooth and tame man holy fouck he sais look at your brakeing suspension steering track and carbuerators This is what this thing is really like man he said frank this is better then anything in the world man you here me man!I said why you like it!? he said this little 470 of your smokes fouckn1000 12000 1400cc machines in competition man you are the best in the world man .Let me tell you people this thing my brakeing is unbelivable with my new vesrah kimpex brakes,it goes with the kimpex sliders 34 kilometrs faster I made her go 47 kilometrs an hour faster!.I developed the formula manuals for clymer year ago they asked me to on my competr and thats what i used to develop it! hey it took 14 days man to do the new idler wheel whic i had to machine serpent the shaft the sliders and the brakes the idler wheel is a motovan mad in canada this thing is so smooth man on the snow you think you really belive your rideing in a jet plane anyways she turmed out real nice for groceries and medicine everyone know i park at the shell station and walk up town shh! youres later wolf2.

Just wondering... has wolf2 EVER said anything concerning Joe at all? Does he even listen to Satch? Dude is an enigma. 5538 posts of just mindless rambling, all of which has almost nothing at all to do whatsoever with Joe and/or his music?
I guess the obvious question (at least to my mind) is: WHY?!
I'm not bashing, just curious is all. Different strokes for different blokes.

I don't have a particular obsession,as such.Just music in general.
At last count my total music collection:- 306GB
3,337 folders
62,481 files
There are a heck of a lot of complete discography's and I have been building this collection since 2002.You name it,I've probably got it. If not, it will soon be added.
God I love music!!!!

I have to say Pyrric Victoria is my favorite, followed by Premonition, God is Crying and Dream Song.
I was getting into Solitude then it ended and I was like, that was it? I feel he could expand quite a bit more on it.
I love how he has a little bit of everything on this album. Rock, blues, foreign style, guitar solo, experimental, it's great.
Great job Joe, this could turn out to be my favorite album!

Guitarman77897 I was thinking exactly that, this could very well turn out to be one of, if not THE favorite Joe album for me too. Jebus knows I love them all, but this one is just kicking my arse. Been a fan since 1987 but it feels like love at first listen all over again.

yay!! I just bought my ticket for the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles!! :) While away at the Mountains, I missed the presale :( damiiiiiit. BUT! I still got a great seat Orch Row P Seat 21. Not the First 5 Rows like I wanted, but that's a good seat me thinks... but,.I really REALLY wanted Club Joe so I could meet him again :( but the price I saw was just waaay too much for me right now. Dammit again :(
So....................Im just gonna have to wait for another Casino gig (maybe Chicken Foot again!!) where I can catch him walking around going to eat his dinner where I will stop and interrupt his eating time again.

Castle49- Glad you enjoyed the song, I played it several times yesterday. One of the great things about this forum is I am constantly learning about great music I never knew existed.

I love these things. I went to one for The Cult back in 2000' but I was a nut along with others, and we camped out in the parking lot. It was fun but completely draining. Then a show the same night.... Im gonna be there super, super early as early as they let you line up! Yay!!!!!!

Just listening now to BS&WW and I gotta say that for me it is by far the best work he has done since ITLIS. Judging from the variations in content i'd say Joe took on board a lot of suggestions made by fans. I also find it much less self indulgent than recent offerings. Well done Joe.

Got BS&WW yesterday.. I've listened to it a few times.
Can't wait to see it live in December.
Pyrhric Victoria, Wormhole Wizards and God is Crying really touch me at a personal level. I can't get enough of them.
By the way, is it just me or does The Golden Room remind anyone else of Banana Mango II from Time Machine?
