Mikey, you have a lot of good'uns from Medford! The sneakers are the lawn mowing grass stained kicks that stay at the back door. Maybe he felt like he was outside? lol!

Brian, thanks! He's keeping us busy, that's for sure!

Kayla and Ovation1, I just want to say thank you so much for listening to my story. I hate to be a downer on such a wonderful message board. it touches my heart to know that even complete strangers are here for me. It has been a rough road and I've learned a lot. I learned a lot from Alecs and he lives on in my heart. Satch's music has always been so healing and relaxing for me. and I am so thankful Alecs introduced me to it.

Thank you again so much for your thoughts and know that your families are in mine. I've read about some struggles of people's families on here and I intend to be a more frequent visitor of the message board but I'm in the midst of finals week.

I hope that everyone and their families are doing well. I would like to extend the same offer that you have to me. I lost my grandmother to cancer a few years ago and I know what a struggle having someone in the family suffering can be. If anyone ever needs an ear I am here. jordanheiman@yahoo.com

Oh lawd

I think you missed it more Mr. London, I had a fantabalous 40 days

I watched "I am Legend" last night, when those creature things get into the sunlight and go nuts and die, It's quite a good representation for how I feel every morning getting up at this ungodly hour

Blue_Moon: LMAO bro on the Bin Laden blog, haha!! And Alan, I like your \//\I cover of Amazing Grace.... Have you ever thought of doing Vai's Par Brahm.... That's another fun one, you can preview it at the link if you don't have his live album WTWTA.... Steve is so cerebral, he is the Lord of the strings....

Michelle: lol on Medfa, that is what we call it with our strange accent, haha, and it's great to see kitty is feeling right at home :-) Oh, and yup, me like coffee lot's as well....

InHonor: No problem at all, we are here for you, and thanks for sharing your story of your Grandma as well..I lost mine to cancer years ago, and it was painful to see her go that way, but my Mom is a cancer survivor going on 3 years now, God bless her.... Btw, best of luck to ya on your finals, and Joe always helps :-)

matt king: Great to hear the good news..you rock!

How's it goin' everybody?!

Haven't really been on much lately and I've been kinda busy with my new job and all.

Anyway, just got the BSAWW tab book yesterday and I love it. I was playing Littleworth Lane almost ALL EVENING.

Found this video with this guy doing a voice over for a cat. The guy who does these videos is a genius. Cat Playing "I Spy"

That's about all I have to report. Summer is still about a month away. It's takin way too long to get here.

Ovation: wow that is amazing, congratulations to your mom for surviving! Cancer has hit my family pretty hard before. It is a tough monster to beat but it makes you all the stronger.

I find it amazing how all you guys seem so connected on here, its weird how strangers can come together over something like music and find so much more in common.

Hi everyone. This is quite an interesting question.

Has anyone ever heard a beep in some of Satch's songs.

I first found this in Super Colossal, the beep happens before the chorus. It also happens a few times in One Robot's Dream and Is There Love In Space.

Can anyone, or even the lord Satch himself explain this?

Surfing with the Alien Guitar

.... on ebay. Do a seach if this link doesn't work:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270744553806&category=33034&_trksid=p5197.c0.m619

I'm the only one who placed a bid at $800 US... don't care if I win it... if so, then fine, but if someone else wants it, it closes in 6 hours! Limited edition and nice collectors item. Originally retailed for $1700, but saw it as low as $1300. It's new, and comes from a guitar store, so no scratches or problems.

I'll give it a listen on headphones, I've the ears of an owl, the eyes of a hawk and the arse of a genius
