To come to think of it, I improvise a lot too. That's cuz I know nothing about playing technique. I'm not that good at improvising too, actually... sigh~*

Mon anglais est tres mauvais mais j'espère que tu comprendras mon message.

I live in Belgium and i love your funny music. I have got a Ibanez guitar 90th anniversary JS model and I (try to) play rock music too. Congratulation for your last album. I love the first track. My son (3 years old) love new last jam. When do you come in Belgium?

Salut Marcello.

WOW, Stephen King novel to read through here!!

Prman: Email will be on the way....

Clarky: lol, I heard a Steve Vai "The Animal" echo on the Fine line between Shred and Samurai!! LOL....

JS Clone 1: I bet you love that sustain on yur new guitar now too!! No need for whammy, lol....

Cleetus: Hope your cat is recovered, and Happy B-Day!! :-)

The Local Person: I work on an F-15 Engine Conversion Program....Converting the P&W F100-100 to a -220 Series... lol, More thrust, Digital, and high tech....I also take care of my Family and when all that is done, noodle with my guitar and dream of being Paul Gilbert someday.... :-)

r6rocker: Happt B-Day to you too!! Are you old as dirt now like me, lol, and I'm still 30-ish ;-)

matt king: WOW is all I can say on CP....Very good cover....

Narface: Happy New Year bro!! A lot of people here celebrate it too!! lol....

On DLR....Yeah he may have been a fool, but I grew up with \//-/ and it never ROCKED more when DLR was there!!!! It was Van Hagar after that....I liked them then too, but Sammy's voice is unbearable!! DLR was just fine talking the lyrics, and he could SCREAM better than anyone!! His showmanship, aka those flying leg split's etc. WAS and IS VAN HALEN!! Besides....Didn't anyone read about the Sammy article where he said he's been abducted by Alien's several times?? All I got to say is "Women and Children first"!!!!!!

Later and Peace all, /\/\ike

You guys might see me more than I thought you would.

This SUCKS! I can't get into the Guitar-Guitar.com forum because my computer sucks and you have to be present in the Joe chat to win the prize:(

Happy Birthday, Happy 100th, 200th, 258th, 500th, etc. that I missed and will miss!

My first day of school sucked! I'm not used to seeing girls my age with makeup caked on their faces like they're in a beauty pageant and people being something they are not to fit in. My motto is "Just because it's a great academic school, doesn't mean it's a great people school." It just annoyed me the whole day, plus there were no cute guys...I mean come on!

JSC1-Yeah I know, Eric is great:)

Stu Not Boo-School:(

Thanks Mr Nick and 962. I didn't think it was Joe singing, because it sounded nothing like him.

Local Person-I care about the Matrix:)

Trutina-That's awesome about the tribute! Too bad I can't listen to it. My darn sound is broken. We're finally goona get a new monitor and speakers! YAY!

Ovation: Abducted by aliens? You can't be serious. I have a good friend that's cool as hell. He's a big Rush fan and we can talk about bikes and music for hours on end. But, one night after a party, he starts on this abduction stuff. He honestly beleives he was abducted 30 years ago! He and his brother both tell the same story. It's kind of spooky. Now he follows all that kind of stuff on the radio and the net. Always showing me articles and quoting these broadcasts. He's convinced. Anyone here been abducted?

RDG - Wow opening for Blue Oyster Cult. You guys must be pretty big locally.

JSstrat - HAHA burninating the fretboard!

Invigor has opinions hahaha "should be be shot" - think he's serious about it? Well he's gettin shot down. I'd back you up but... I don't have any strong opinions one way or another.

Anyone mind finding me on msn or icq and letting me send them a 34mb - 5+ minute video of me playing Hordes of Locusts live Dec 20 2002? Really wanna know what people think of that.

Ovation1 - Actually, although theoretically the sustain on that guitar should be amazing what with all the dense woods that make up the guitar and the thick maple neck, the sustain kinda sucks. I may have to tinker with the bridge a little more. Put just a touch more tension so it doesn't move at all. I played it last night for 2 hours. The tone is just something else. And I keep saying this... with no proof. Damn hands.

trutina: If you my opinion on it, I'd say it's usually just people trying to get their 15 minutes of fame. There COULD (but I'm not saying there are) be cases where people actually were abducted, but it's too hard to tell because they get mixed up with fake cases.

Joe, come to MN, USA!!

Thanks to everybody for the b-day wishes!!!!

trutina: Yeah, I read an article where Sammy talked about the abduction....Very weird, and like you said, spooky....BTW, what I meant about "All I got to say is Women and Children first" was comparing DLR Halen to Sammy Halen....Not being abducted, lol....

JS Clone 1: Good luck with the axe, I'm sure you'll get it tweaked just right!!....And it must be a dream to work on campared to the 7V, lol....Take care of those hands!!

Just read about the Shuttle....Bad new's....Does anyone have updated info?? Look's like it may have broke up over Texas, 16 mins. before landing....

Cleetus: I tend to agree with you in most cases, but this guy is convinced. He's been telling me this crap for almost 10 years now. And it's not like he's trying to get his story in the papers or anything. I guess he had some strange dream as a kid and just bought into all this hype. But yeah, the folks you see on tv and in the papers are just glory hounds, I agree a 100% with ya on that.

LGU: Yeah check it out when you get a chance. Also check out DannyK's Crush of Love and Matt's Crystal Planet. Awesome stuff there.

invigor i do know your frustration. i myself didnt play joe songs live until i had perfected them. one thing i dont like is people saying i can play a certain song i ask them and they say well most of it and then all but the solo. Sorry guys if you cant play the solo you cant play the song. that is a common misconception.

anyway all guitarists rock hard and keep practicing.

Does eric johnson have a signature guitar and if he doesnt why the hell not.

and then the usual

JOE PLEASE PLAY THE LONDON ASTORIA

If you can't play the solo then you can't play the song? That might be true, but Id counter with if you can't express yourself with your own solo then you can't play music.
