I might centricate the O,next year kelly thats where you will see me exactly with same arms as i had years ago um it takes the bicep muscle from being high on the arm to the beter and lengthens itand increases your lift blow from 35 - 4o percent um most professional body builders do it!i do it with motor oil! i use castrol gtx 10w30 you work out then you put it on it has to stay on for a minimum of 8 minutes or i can leave it high with the same blow pattern but high is two type of food always anyways it does a number on the brain two!later wolf2.

Hi Joe! -

Justed wanted to say how much I enjoy the music you put out. I still have my Not of this Earth album I bought as a teenager. I do have one question/request any chance you would tell us what modification you are using in the Boss DS-1 to get the sound you get out of it?

Thank You, Mark

Heh Satriella, my class was Philosophy (incredibly hard, but incredibly interesting!). And sorry to hear about your car O_o, I hope you don't get charged a ton for that. I actually sent Paul another email, but he hasn't responded to this one yet. I saw those pics of him, too. Words can't express how envious I am haha :) Anyways, short post, adios!

PS - Is Joe a skater? He wears skate shoes a lot for gigs (I'm pretty sure anyway haha, I'm an ex-skater myself), and on those podcasts for the Super Colossal tour he was at some skate park in London. Dunno, just curious.

Hey man !working on the body! went to town had to get some stuff for my muscles once again a certain kind of motor oil ,yeah my little babe melissa gets it for me .Heres how it goes man once you start turning and tuning power in your body you have to set your muscle yeah! thats right set it you see most people justlet their brain make the transfers of stage i dont!,i like my brain to stay the same what it is is like this i get pains in and around my ribcage theirs nothing wrong with them, what it is is the muscle not finding their right situations along the rib,(RIBS) anyways an engine gasoline is a living thing when it,s running thats why it uses oil when they build an engine they do a cell log which is where they dteremine which thickness of oil to make the muscle so what i do is i take a certain brand and weight of oild and use 1 and a half capfuls on a rag and rub it into the new muscle around my ribs it will bring out the trapped muscles by allowing the ones that are not seated to seat man no shit anytime i get that way time for oild then i forgot i had melissa order it for me went to two other places first then melissa was the only one that had it,they do make stuff for the arms for o centricate arnold swarznegger uses it i found the best stuff for me was the gtx anyways about a liter or 3/4 depends on how good the bottle is for the rib set then check me out!later wolf2.i have been using it my whole life man for both!later wolf2.

Joe -

Your song "Flying In A Blue Dream" (my favorite) has a short conversation at the beginning of it. It sounds kind of like a 1950's radio talk show. What is it really? And who are the people that are talking?
