That's it!!! Get the bubble wrap and duct tape. Chad's gone buck wild and done wrecked himself. Are they making fun of him by saying he is relatively muscle-less by saying he tore his SMALL bicep - as opposed to his large bicep? Does he have one arm like Popeye and the other like Olive Oil? I'm just sayin'...
Maybe underneath those shirts Chad looks like THIS!
I'm just sayin'...

Looking forward to seeing Chickenfoot in September. Seen Joe many times - so happy your in a band and getting even more recognition! The Tonight Show performance was great!! Love the Chilli Peppers and the power drumming that Chad brings to the band! Grew up in San Antonio, TX and saw Sammy headline many times back in the early 80's. He always packed the house! Michael is a fantastic bass player and glad to see he stuck with Sammy after the whole VH thing. Got one of his bass picks back in the day! Hope all the old crew and bandmates of Joe are doing well. Say hey to Gaelon for me. Worked with him back in his tech days with VG. Rock On and see you in September.

well, either Luini bans him or we just ignore his posts. I'm doing the latter now.
Michelle, I see where you're coming from on your DT comments. It is actually one of the reasons why I haven't bought any Satch CD's since SBM, the songs I've heard since then have many of the same elements of previous songs. Even in Chickenfoot there are several riffs from previous songs (which even Joe acknowledged in one of the podcasts). But that's the beauty of it, if you like that style of music a lot you don't mind hearing variations on the same tune over and over. I'd love to take a look at your collection of forgotten CD's though!!

Ron44 - Hi...welcome to the site! It's cool that you're a Sammy fan, too. What are some of your favorite albums of his? His early stuff is very good, but I think I favor his post-VH albums...
shredguy - Joe will be focused on Chickenfoot through the end of the year or so. If Chad goes back to work with the Red Hot Chili Peppers after that I bet all the other guys will do solo projects...if not, they'll probably get right to work on the second Chickenfoot album.
elpp - I've noticed the same thing about Joe's solo albums from SBM through SC (I won't include PSATMOR in that...I think he went into some new directions there). I like how Chickenfoot is an extension of that "sound" in a way, because maybe that'll mean when Joe makes his next solo album he'll go for something completely different.
I guess we'll have to wait and see (hear) what happens...!

Chad - dude, sorry to hear you've stuffed your arm (not that you'll read this) but getter better soon mate.
Do The Stu - it was his right, near the elbow. Straight after there was a mass of blood but the camera I was using had lousy zoom so I couldn't get that shot.
I would have thought it was just a bruised elbow from that injury so just guessing it's unrelated... guessing though
Oh, here's a shot of it after (I think).
Chadsters elbow
edit... there's also a little mini video on the Chickenfoot homepage... "expect the unexpected"
