Hey Joe, Are you ever coming to play in Portugal ??? I'm a huge fan of you and I love to see ya here sometime. The SBM is amazing I love it ! I'm a guitar player too, and I get my inspiration from you, and I can even play some of your songs. The one I love the most is Cryin' there's only one part in the midle of it I can't quite get it yet (hehehe), but with time it will come through I'd love to meet ya sometime, until then...keep on rockin' !!! YOU ARE THE BEST !!!

Joe- SBM is one of your best records. I enjoyed listening straight through it last night. Starry Night is going to win that Grammy for you. I'm amazed at how you continue to increase your boundaries and switch between styles so swiftly. You're an amazing musician and you have blown me away once again.

Hi all! New to this forum, but not to this site. I was wondering if there was a place on the site to purchase JS merchandise that I haven't seen. You know like apparel, DVDs, VHS, CDs and etc. I especially like the JS hooded sweatshirt that Joe is wearing on the CD cover of "Strange Beautiful Music". :)

BTW, I forgot to mention that I picked up a copy of "Strange Beautiful Music" yesterday and it hasn't come out of my CD player yet! Awesome work, Joe! As always! :)

I thought there was gonna be a song titled strange beautiful music as well. It's what Joe usually does. Except for his self-titled cd which i guess it would be pretty stupid if there was a song named Joe Satriani. But i guess it doesn't really matter. Why am i still talking.

Joe, your new album is simply BEAUTIFUL. I would give anything in the world to be able to write the kind of music you write. You also write at such a fast pace. How do you do it. I think its now time to tell us all the truth about you. NOw tell us, what planet are you from?

Just picked up the new CD yesterday and it's great! I'm sure you hear this kind of stuff all the time but I wold love to see "New Last Jam" on the radio. What a great hook in that tune. I think it would do well! Also curious as to what mixing software you used for the album? I am using CakeWalk and the picture in the sleave of the computer monitor looked like it had a similar program on it. Thanks for all your music, Satch!!

I'm forcing my parents to take me to Pittsburgh for the show in September...they don't quite understand the beauty of Satriani music, but hey, I've gotta get my fix. I've never been fortunate enough to see a show by any of my musical heroes (Joe, Steve Vai, John Petrucci, Eric Clapton, and Stevie Ray Vaughan), and of course, I never will get to see Stevie. I'm fortunate to get to see Joe and John in one show...I can't wait. TWO WORDS - MIND STORM!!!! Joe...you...are...AMAZING.
